The team was extremely patient, accommodating and understanding of our varied requirements. They went above and beyond by offering retests at no extra cost, ensuring that all vulnerabilities were identified and addressed. Their user-friendly online platform for reporting bugs was an added bonus, as it allowed us to address any issues immediately without having to wait for a report. We highly recommend onSecurity for their exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction. **What do you dislike about OnSecurity Services?** Given the quality of service that OnSecurity provides, there is nothing to dislike. If there was a more transparent & automated way to assess the cost in terms of effort and price, it will take them to the next level. **Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity Services:** Nothing at this stage. Will return again in the future **What problems is OnSecurity Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** OnSecurity solves the problem of identifying and addressing vulnerabilities in a customer's network or system. They are doing this by offering penetration testing services, which simulate a real-world attack on the system to identify any weaknesses a hacker could exploit. This is beneficial to us because it allows us to address any vulnerabilities before they can be exploited, thereby increasing the security of our system. ### 2. Communication prior, during and after test is clear and comprehensive and the web UI is modern, intuitive and efficient. **What do you dislike about OnSecurity Services?** Having worked with a range of pen testing providers during the last ten years I struggle to identify any significant downsides or dislikes for OnSecurity! They are professional throughout the whole testing process and always keep teams up to date with the status and any blockers that they may be facing. **What do you dislike about OnSecurity Services?** I do not have any dislikes about OnSecurity. **What problems is OnSecurity Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** OnSecurity is a very forward-thinking consultancy with a fresh idea on how to do security consultancy. The leading portal that OnSecurity use as a one-stop place to organise assessments, manage users and view findings for assessments makes things so much easier compared to having to wait for phone calls to organise tests or wait until the end of the assessment to be able to view findings. ### 6.
