What do you like best about OnRamp?

It provides valuable insight and collaboration for our customers, ultimately providing better management of their project and onboarding experience. It keeps everything in one place for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnRamp?

Text fields and adding tasks is still a bit buggy and slow, and there is little in the way of customising tasks for customer users, rather than just the organisation. It takes a long time to build out library tasks and modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rough around the edges, but gets the job done"
3/5
What do you like best about OnRamp?

Customer engagement has increased thanks to the portal's ability to gather information from various internal teams in a organized way. The platform is great at assigning tasks both internally and externally ensuring that everyone remains informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnRamp?

The reporting capabilities need work but it could become a powerful tool. While it currently has limitations in handling large volumes of projects, exporting data is a useful workaround. The built-in reporting capabilities does manage one-on-one evaluations but with further development it could be expanded to better support team management needs. "OnRamp is a fantastic way to scale implementations and ad hoc tasks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OnRamp?

Playbooks that help all of the key implementation processes be mapped across different account and project types. Workflows that move key tasks across different teams and team members along efficiently. Dashboards to make sense of where all projects are in flight and increase integration capabilities with other core applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnRamp?

Still early stage so some strucutred data fields or customization within the app is not there yet. The team is very collaborative and takes feedback seriously. We have a slack channel with them where we can share feedback and collaborate in real time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnRamp?

We love the customer facing portal which allows them to complete a complex onboarding process step by step keeping them in order. Reduces confusion accross multiple departments of our organization. Also Chad M. has been amazing and super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnRamp?

The management or admin side of the software in my opinion is the biggest weakness of OnRamp. We are coming from Monday which uses a simple column dropdown menu status list. While we have created multiple "data fields" in OnRamp there isn't an easy way to edit or update using dropdowns quickly.

It would be nice to be able to have a data field "folder" to not overwhelm the section, right now we use a labeling system which works ok but is very busy. Also when you add these data fields to the project view your software doesn't allow scrolling and doesn't size it well enought to use large amounts of data fields.

We would love to have a notification go to an internal user other than the project owner when specific task completion occurs.

Last one I promise ^ - I feel as though the "contributor" role really lacks in usability. We assumed they could see the project view from the get go but later found out they only see the dashboard view which may have been a deal killer from the beggining. I would suggest letting the customers know what each role will see prior to the sale. We now have a much larger cost than we anticipated originally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"OnRamp Onboarding Experience"

What do you like best about OnRamp?

Whether it's been via email or via Zoom, Paul, OnRamp's CEO, has been with us every step of the way ensuring we are set up for success. The platform is easy to navigate and has been easy to implement within our current processes. There is a lot of flexibility and room to really make it our own so that it best fits our current needs. What do you dislike about OnRamp?

Big fan so far! The platform does a lot, but wish the HC was a bit more expanded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for New Customer Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about OnRamp?

One of the standout features of OnRamp is its user-friendly interface, which made the setup process a breeze. Navigating through the platform was intuitive, and the onboarding steps were clearly outlined, allowing our team to swiftly configure the necessary settings without any hassle. This ease of use significantly reduced the time it takes to get new customers up and running, providing a positive first impression right from the start.

The stellar customer service provided by the OnRamp team further solidifies its position as a top-tier onboarding tool. The support team is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly responsive. Whenever we encountered a question or needed clarification, the team was quick to provide step-by-step assistance, ensuring that we never felt stranded during the onboarding journey. Their commitment to customer success is truly second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnRamp?

OnRamp excels in onboarding but could improve by adding customization options for homepage elements and introducing sorting features on the dashboard for increased user flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Onward and upward with OnRamp"
4/5
What do you like best about OnRamp?

OnRamp has helped my team organize and implement a better customer experience. Our team uses OnRamp daily to keep track of our work and keep our projects on task. The OnRamp team has been great in helping support our transition to the platform. They've given great training and best practice direction as needed. The platform itself offers some helpful integrations for our business enterprise to ensure correct information from Sales and to operation. OnRamp itself is super easy to use, manageable and provides great transparency for my stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnRamp?

My concerns are small things that are in the weeds; the ability to hide customers that are no longer in use, viewing documents in OnRamp itself as opposed to downloading, and some additional features being made available for contributors. Outside of that, I am satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melissa Scatena of OnRamp

Hi Tanisha!

Thank you for your positive review and valuable feedback! We're so happy to hear that OnRamp has enhanced your team's organization and improved the overall customer experience. I'm so glad to hear that our team's support, training, and best practices have contributed to a smooth transition and that you are finding OnRamp super easy to use!

We appreciate your insights into areas for improvement. We're excited to share that we now have the ability to archive customers (you may have noticed in our most recent release), addressing your request for hiding inactive ones. After archiving a customer, they will no longer appear on your Customer List or in the Customer Drop Down when creating a new project!

Additionally, we're actively exploring additional features for contributors, as well as options for improving how you interact with documents in OnRamp.

We look forward to delivering even more value to your team in the future!

"Executes well on the problem it aims to solve"
4/5
What do you like best about OnRamp?

It is a robust app that feels lightweight for both the end-client and the internal user/administrator. Implementation was pretty easy. The cost is a little high to bring on a ton of users, which limits its capabilities. But overall, the app is nice and looks & feels native to our own application and product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnRamp?

I'm not sure it is best for some of the information passed through OnRamp to live outside of your company's cloud storage and internal documentation. This is more of a "right product for maybe the wrong problem" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great way to keep customers on track with beautiful UI"
4/5
What do you like best about OnRamp?

It has really nice UI that blends in well with our own branding, so it doesn't feel like a totally different experience from our product. It's easy to set up and has helped keep our customers on track during our onboarding process. We have been able to get through onboarding much more quickly with customers than before we used it. The team is also very helpful and quick to respond there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnRamp?

The backend UI that our customers can't see can be a little confusing. The due date functionality doesn't work great for us, because we often need to work backward from a launch date. Other annoyances we had with the software have been fixed, as they are often making updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
