## OnRamp Reviews
  ### 1. Great Partnership for Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jodi S. | Project Manager, Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

I like that we can build out our onboarding process and prevent customers from jumping ahead to steps for which they are not ready. I also like that we can embed our training, support documents, and almost everything they need in one place. The To-Dos help me keep up with follow up tasks that might otherwise slip through the cracks, and setting deadlines and having automatic reminders sent to customers helps keep many of them on track with their implementation. OnRamp has also been receptive to our need for enhancements and integrations. Using OnRamp has definitely improved our SLAs with implementation and provides a self-paced and more self-service option for customers, allowing us to provide more resources to more customers in a shorter period of time. It is now the first thing I open on my computer each day and the last thing I close at night.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

There is not a lot of support documentation, so I had to learn by trial and error or schedule extra calls with OnRamp to figure out how to set up our process. I also don't like that the customer can mark a task complete without actually watching the entire video or doing the entire task (in some cases), but it is still an improvement over not being able to direct them at all. I also wish that the nudges were recorded somewhere for accountability purposes.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a way to consistently track the process or standardize our implementation process across all project managers. OnRamp has helped us create a consistent process and is allowing us to track SLAs and customer experience much easier. We also are using OnRamp to onboard new project managers faster because we are able to have them use the guide in OnRamp to assist customers. We are also driving the process for a new product implementation entirely in OnRamp.

  ### 2. Keeps Everything Organized Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbie L. | Onboarding and Implementation/Insurance and EVV Coach, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

The best feature is that it helps you keep everything organized. Chad was extremely helpful to us in thinking thru our processes and the best way OnRamp could help us.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Initial setup. Once you have done it a couple of times, it is much easier and faster.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp is handling a lot of the followup for scheduling next sessions etc. That gives us more time to focus on actually training our new clients.

  ### 3. Great product for managing modules and tasks and communications.. The portal view is amazing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nazim A. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Portal view - It gives a personalized experience to customers and managing it much easier in comparison with spreadsheets

Playbook, Modules - Just plug and play, which is nice if you are dealing with large number of customers

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Customer users dont show up in comment section when we do @mention.. A hard refresh is needed
The view section does not allow creating views on customer responses or form inputs.. It is needed to create a Data field for it which is cumbersome

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp has been a huge help with all the task management we need to handle as part of our implementation checklist. It offers rich features that would have been difficult to manage using just a spreadsheet.

  ### 4. OnRamp has completely revolutionized our onboarding process!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becca W. | Sr. Manager of Implementation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

It has streamlined data gathering, is easy to use, and allows us to customize our projects in so many unique and specific ways. It is incredibly easy to implement a new project, and each feature release brings new ways to increase my efficiency. Lastly, the support we receive from Chad / team is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

There are a few very specific bulk update options that don't exist. I have to individually update each task due date, vs being able to update an entire module. Similarly, once a project is created, we cannot bulk update tasks to a specific person. We have to it one by one, which can be tedious.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline client onboarding, data gathering, and internal task management/completion.

  ### 5. Multiplying Onboarding Capacity with OnRamp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey G. | Implementation - Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

OnRamp has allowed us to custom tailor every step of the onboarding experience for our customer. Task tree branches give us great flexibility in driving customers over the finish line, or identifying potential barriers allowing us to be reactive to our customers. OnRamp also provides a great support team that are both friendly and knowledgeable. Not only have we multiplied the number of customers we can onboard at a time, we can be sure each of them receives the same great experience.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

OnRamp is easy to setup & quick to rollout internally. The product has very minor inconveniences but their product team listens, and adapts quickly I've found.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp proactively addressed the capacity challenges our team was anticipating. It enabled us to deliver a consistent, tailored onboarding experience by consolidating the collective expertise of our entire implementation team into a single, unified journey for all customers.

  ### 6. Great Tool!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dakota G. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

I love that I can design playbooks and projects specifically for each project and that I have a lot of control over how I track the progress for the project. Creating playbooks and modules for later use was easy to learn and quick to do. OnRamp offer a lot of functionality and customization, which is fantastic for all different types of projects. I love the portal view / functionality - client facing meetings are made way easier because I can pull up the portal view, go through tasks with the client, and guide the client through using the portal for late, self-serving. My company uses OnRamp specifically for implementing new clients but I've also used it for smaller, internal projects I've wanted to document and track for myself.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

The tool / task builder takes a bit of clicking around to really get the hang of it. I wish I could build tasks out via drag and drop from a large scale / birds eye view rather than seeing the overview, then building tasks one by one. A drag and drop feature for an entire module build would be helpful.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp is solving the tedious task of documenting project progress and documentation. It is also solving the problem of gathering information from clients and decreasing the amount of time it takes to do so.

  ### 7. OnRamp has been great for keeping our clients on track!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittney C. | Director of Client Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

OnRamp has been a game changer for the way our clients onboard. Having an interactive checklist is more digestible for our client demographic, and keeps them on track. Our team uses this every single day when onboarding new clients and doing client follow ups!

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

I wish that the user permissions were more flexible. Our whole team needs visibility into every client (in the case of someone being OOO), but doesn't necessarily need Creator/Owner access.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before OnRamp, our clients would lose track of where they were in the onboarding process, often forgetting what tasks they had remaining. This keeps everything together in one place that is easy to access.

  ### 8. OnRamp is a great tool for managing tasks. It simplifies processes, keeps things organized.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vicky . | QA Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

What I like best about OnRamp is its ability to simplify complex processes and keep tasks organized. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and stay on track.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

One area for improvement in OnRamp could be enhancing the speed of some processes, as it can occasionally feel a bit slow when handling large-scale tasks. However, overall, it remains a solid tool.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp helps simplify and organize complex tasks, making workflows more efficient. It saves time and reduces confusion by keeping everything in one place, which makes managing projects easier and more effective.

  ### 9. Easy to use and very clear

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | Senior Operations Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

beautiful user-friendly front-end, very easy to navigate. From the first time I used, I never had to search how to complete a tasl

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Sometime it seems some field are not populating accordingly. For example, with project, the option to show remaining task not always work. This is often the case when a project run overtime. In that case all the task will be show even if you select remaining task. Nothing seem to fix this.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline and simplify the onboarding process for 2 team that work across the sea

  ### 10. User and customer friendly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe D. | Customer Development Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

OnRamp allows me to create a professional yet easy to use portal for my customers to approve plans, account changes, etc on their end. It takes away the hassle of written signatures needed and shortens the time frame on getting things approved by customers.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

I personally don’t have any troubles with the platform. However, I have gotten feedback from customers not getting their portal invitation emails / delays of getting their PIN when trying to login.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp solves the typical lengthy signature processes. It benefits me as a business user by streamlining that process.

  ### 11. Great way to organize projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha M. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

I love that everything is laid out in organized groups, it is easy to assign specific roles and tasks to people and keep up with the progress on everything.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

I wish it was a bit easier to create the tasks and customize them a bit more

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us assign and delegate tasks to new customers and clients and have them upload the appropriate documents needed for building accounts. Everything is right there and there is ease of access.

  ### 12. OnRamp is Great for Managing Migrations with a Smooth and Efficient Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish B. | QA Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

I appreciate how OnRamp streamlines migration tasks and helps manage customer data efficiently, making the process more organized.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

The platform could benefit from more intuitive navigation and better performance, especially when handling large volumes of data. Sometimes, the system feels slow when accessing certain features, which can make the workflow less efficient.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp helps manage and automate customer migration tasks, saving time and reducing mistakes. It makes the process easier and more organized.

  ### 13. Streamlined, Efficient, an User-Friendly Onboarding and Training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph E. | Medical Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

The centralization of all onboarding tasks for the consumer to easily and systematically complete the processes necessary makes OnRamp extremely valuable. On the backend, the creation process is straight forward and readily supported by the customer support team. Amazing potential for integrations as well.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Some functionalities are being built out and limited, such as customer emails and design customizations.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The onboarding and training of new partners and providers onto our platform, program, and system.

  ### 14. Solid solution for Project Management for Implementation Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryce G. | Implementation Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Building playbooks is very simple once you learn the system. Also nice being able to add tasks to a project after it has been created. Has greatly helped our process of project management over the previous tool we were using. Very simple to get setup and integrated with our Salesforce for bring in incoming implementations.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Would really like some sort of direct integration with Outlook or some way to book meetings directly without having to have a link to calendly or some other tool like that.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp provides a project management tool for us to have a way to track the progress and completion percentage of our many implementations.

  ### 15. Supportive staff and well organized product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia K. | Implementation Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

As a project manager with 3 years of experience, I love that I get a clear view of the parts of a project that still need to be completed.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Our project go live dates don't coordinate with the end of a project. Updating due dates can be tedious.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless client portal. In the past we did not have a good solution for this and had to spend a lot of time creating a website for our clients. Now we add a couple links and the portal is ready.

  ### 16. Refreshingly Simple Yet Powerful Tool for Project Managers managing Team & Clients coordination

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Its Simplicity and ease of use. And support team.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Lesser automations. A few 'easy to get away with bugs.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping in making Process execution easy. I need to make multiple small tasks for 100+ customers which is difficult to manage and track on a google sheet and becomes way too complex on a Jira or Asana.

  ### 17. Onramp product adoption for customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak S. | Customer success manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

its ability to set lists and timelines feature. add collaborators and simple navigation function for setting up new projects.

If only there was an option where comments were highlighted when you login on the projects

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its ease of setting up guided steps for customers to onboard and collaborate with customers so they complete the onboarding.

  ### 18. One of the standout features of On Ramp is its customizable training paths

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

We've been using On Ramp training software for several months now, and it has truly transformed the way we onboard and train new members. From the very beginning, the platform stood out for its intuitive interface and thoughtfully designed user experience. Our clients quickly adapted to the system with minimal guidance, which speaks volumes about its usability.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Unable for a client to reset a module. Would like to see multiple users being able to work independently in a single playbook.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to tailor content for different roles, departments, and experience levels with ease. The built-in tracking and analytics tools also give our managers clear visibility into each employee’s progress, helping us identify areas for improvement and celebrate wins along the way.

Tracking a project for a customer implementation.

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

I like that the client and their team are able to view the progress and next steps for project implementation.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Currently, once a playbook has been created, and even though there are shared selections (content) between
Multiple playbooks, there is a manual requirement of updating each unique playbook section for shared content.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outline of tasks and a 1 stop location for multiple team members for tracking progress.

  ### 22. Cvs OnRamp Partnership

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

I enjoy that Onramp allows you to assign certain task to the SMEs of that area. My favorite part is being able to add rules so that certain task are not overlooked.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

One of the downsides is not being able to edit a playbook and have it update on anyone who is currently using that playbook.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were previously using excel sheets to onboard a client, Onramp makes it so much easier rather than updating a sheet. It also helps provide more context for users in the detail section.

  ### 23. Okay, not great

  ### 24. I have loved using OnRamp to onboard new clients

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

How intuitive and straightforward the platform is. I don't have to do a full tutorial for our clients.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

The inability to delete old projects and cleanup the project library. There are also a fair amount of bugs when inviting users and leaving comments for tagged users.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping multiple onboarding processes consolidated in one place.

  ### 25. I have had an okay experience with OnRamp overall

  ### 26. OnRamp has created so much ease & personalization in tracking the progress of my multiple projects.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

The ability to see all project tasks in one list that can be filtered easily for what I am working on. The option to 'nudge' team members to take ownership of their tasks.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

I would like to be able to filter out the tasks I have marked completed from my list.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp helps me to hold project team members as well as myself accountable to meeting deadlines and ensuring there are no missed tasks.

  ### 27. Mostly awesome, a little clunky

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Great customer service. Helpful project management tool for tracking tasks, project deadlines, collecting information from clients, documenting work done.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Building projects out can be a little clunky. Its harder to update a module on the fly, if needed. If I've already started completing a task, I have to reset the entire thing if I want to modify part of the task. I end up utilizing the comments a lot because I don't want to lose all of the work I've done on the rest of the task.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interfacing with clients to get a lot of information in a way that is organized and secure. I can keep all of my work for client projects in one place, and I can control who sees what. Clients can tell what I'm working on and I can easily track progress for their project.

**Official Response from Melissa Scatena:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review. We're so glad you've had a great customer experience and to hear about the value you’re getting from OnRamp for your customer onboarding!

We hear you on the previous clunkiness when editing modules. We recently released Linked Modules, which make it easier to update shared content across projects without starting from scratch. Updates made to a module is now auto-applied everywhere—saving time and making your onboarding programs more flexible and consistent.

We appreciate your partnership and hope we can continue delivering a great experience.

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

It provides valuable insight and collaboration for our customers, ultimately providing better management of their project and onboarding experience. It keeps everything in one place for everyone.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Text fields and adding tasks is still a bit buggy and slow, and there is little in the way of customising tasks for customer users, rather than just the organisation. It takes a long time to build out library tasks and modules.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a centralised source of information for our customers - they no longer need to rummage through lots of email threads to find tasks, meeting notes, next steps, expectations etc. Everything they need is in one place.

  ### 32. Rough around the edges, but gets the job done

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Customer engagement has increased thanks to the portal's ability to gather information from various internal teams in a organized way. The platform is great at assigning tasks both internally and externally ensuring that everyone remains informed.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

The reporting capabilities need work but it could become a powerful tool. While it currently has limitations in handling large volumes of projects, exporting data is a useful workaround. The built-in reporting capabilities does manage one-on-one evaluations but with further development it could be expanded to better support team management needs.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp has addressed some key issues by providing a structured format for internal users to hand over sales to the implementation team. This process ensures that the implementation team has a better understanding of the customer's needs identified during the sales process and how our product can meet them. As a result, the implementation team is better equipped to address these during the project phase.

  ### 33. OnRamp is a fantastic way to scale implementations and ad hoc tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve B. | VP of Revenue, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2022

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Playbooks that help all of the key implementation processes be mapped across different account and project types. Workflows that move key tasks across different teams and team members along efficiently. Dashboards to make sense of where all projects are in flight and increase integration capabilities with other core applications.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Still early stage so some strucutred data fields or customization within the app is not there yet. The team is very collaborative and takes feedback seriously. We have a slack channel with them where we can share feedback and collaborate in real time

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have projects the involve different team members all working remotely and require some sequential tasks + tasks that can be progressed simultaneously, we also constantly find ways to improve our process. Onramp makes it to easy to structure this all so nothing is missed. Also, the ability for us to include the customer in the process has been great. We are finding ways to leverage OnRamp to enable the implementation process to be more self service

  ### 34. Rentvine OnRamp Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

We love the customer facing portal which allows them to complete a complex onboarding process step by step keeping them in order. Reduces confusion accross multiple departments of our organization. Also Chad M. has been amazing and super helpful.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

The management or admin side of the software in my opinion is the biggest weakness of OnRamp. We are coming from Monday which uses a simple column dropdown menu status list. While we have created multiple "data fields" in OnRamp there isn't an easy way to edit or update using dropdowns quickly.

It would be nice to be able to have a data field "folder" to not overwhelm the section, right now we use a labeling system which works ok but is very busy. Also when you add these data fields to the project view your software doesn't allow scrolling and doesn't size it well enought to use large amounts of data fields.

We would love to have a notification go to an internal user other than the project owner when specific task completion occurs.

Last one I promise ^ - I feel as though the "contributor" role really lacks in usability. We assumed they could see the project view from the get go but later found out they only see the dashboard view which may have been a deal killer from the beggining. I would suggest letting the customers know what each role will see prior to the sale. We now have a much larger cost than we anticipated originally.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp is taking a massive workflow from multiple departments and taking the customer through one flow that encompasses all of them with streamlined communication. This is the main and most important value to us

  ### 35. OnRamp Onboarding Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittney C. | Assistant Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Whether it's been via email or via Zoom, Paul, OnRamp's CEO, has been with us every step of the way ensuring we are set up for success. The platform is easy to navigate and has been easy to implement within our current processes. There is a lot of flexibility and room to really make it our own so that it best fits our current needs.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Big fan so far! The platform does a lot, but wish the HC was a bit more expanded.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have trouble getting clients to do the work on their end to ensure that they are set up for success. A lot of my team's time is spent on follow ups and we are hoping OnRamp will help eliminate that a bit (if not entirely 😉). Giving the client a clear list of what needs to be done on their end vs just sending it in an email or as a PDF attachment is a game changer.

  ### 36. Insightful Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2025

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Contains many features that seem to be very insightful.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

May take some time to become an efficient user due to the many features but no real complaints.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project planning

  ### 37. A Game-Changer for New Customer Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

One of the standout features of OnRamp is its user-friendly interface, which made the setup process a breeze. Navigating through the platform was intuitive, and the onboarding steps were clearly outlined, allowing our team to swiftly configure the necessary settings without any hassle. This ease of use significantly reduced the time it takes to get new customers up and running, providing a positive first impression right from the start.

The stellar customer service provided by the OnRamp team further solidifies its position as a top-tier onboarding tool. The support team is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly responsive. Whenever we encountered a question or needed clarification, the team was quick to provide step-by-step assistance, ensuring that we never felt stranded during the onboarding journey. Their commitment to customer success is truly second to none.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

OnRamp excels in onboarding but could improve by adding customization options for homepage elements and introducing sorting features on the dashboard for increased user flexibility.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp efficiently streamlines onboarding by consolidating all necessary information in one place, saving valuable time for a seamless and organized integration process.

  ### 38. Onward and upward with OnRamp

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanisha W. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

OnRamp has helped my team organize and implement a better customer experience. Our team uses OnRamp daily to keep track of our work and keep our projects on task. The OnRamp team has been great in helping support our transition to the platform. They've given great training and best practice direction as needed. The platform itself offers some helpful integrations for our business enterprise to ensure correct information from Sales and to operation. OnRamp itself is super easy to use, manageable and provides great transparency for my stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

My concerns are small things that are in the weeds; the ability to hide customers that are no longer in use, viewing documents in OnRamp itself as opposed to downloading, and some additional features being made available for contributors. Outside of that, I am satisfied.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp is helping us solve the concern of lack of transparency with the client as it relates to the timeline/stages of their projects. OnRamp allows the client to see what tasks have been accomplished and what needs to be done either by them or our team.

**Official Response from Melissa Scatena:**

> Hi Tanisha!

Thank you for your positive review and valuable feedback! We're so happy to hear that OnRamp has enhanced your team's organization and improved the overall customer experience. I'm so glad to hear that our team's support, training, and best practices have contributed to a smooth transition and that you are finding OnRamp super easy to use!

We appreciate your insights into areas for improvement. We're excited to share that we now have the ability to archive customers (you may have noticed in our most recent release), addressing your request for hiding inactive ones. After archiving a customer, they will no longer appear on your Customer List or in the Customer Drop Down when creating a new project!

Additionally, we're actively exploring additional features for contributors, as well as options for improving how you interact with documents in OnRamp.

We look forward to delivering even more value to your team in the future!

  ### 39. Executes well on the problem it aims to solve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bobby S. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

It is a robust app that feels lightweight for both the end-client and the internal user/administrator. Implementation was pretty easy. The cost is a little high to bring on a ton of users, which limits its capabilities. But overall, the app is nice and looks & feels native to our own application and product.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

I'm not sure it is best for some of the information passed through OnRamp to live outside of your company's cloud storage and internal documentation. This is more of a "right product for maybe the wrong problem"

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a lot of input we need from our clients to ensure a successful customer onboarding. This includes short and long form answers to crucial questions, file uploads, and key user metadata we need to set up everyone's account.

  ### 40. Great way to keep customers on track with beautiful UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

It has really nice UI that blends in well with our own branding, so it doesn't feel like a totally different experience from our product. It's easy to set up and has helped keep our customers on track during our onboarding process. We have been able to get through onboarding much more quickly with customers than before we used it. The team is also very helpful and quick to respond there.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

The backend UI that our customers can't see can be a little confusing. The due date functionality doesn't work great for us, because we often need to work backward from a launch date. Other annoyances we had with the software have been fixed, as they are often making updates.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before OnRamp, onboarding could often be time-consuming because it's difficult for customers to remember everything they need to complete between meetings, resulting in the need more meetings than necessary. Writing follow-up emails with everything we talked about/they learned during the onboarding meeting was also very time consuming. OnRamp allows customers to easily see what they need to accomplish to progress through their onboarding, they can watch videos/read articles on how to set up features, and book our next meeting easily using OnRamp's embed features. We have been able to reduce the amount of onboarding meetings needed to get a customer launched and customers are picking up the features much more quickly due to OnRamp.

  ### 41. Exceeded Expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

The platform is understandable and easy to navigate, has clear configuration options, phenominal support from the company and CEO and loving the ongoing feature improvements! We have been able to customize the front end user experience to better suit our customers needs and match our Company styling/look & feel to create a more seamless experience for all. We have been supported throughout the entire process and even better... we feel set up for success! I very rarely write reviews and when I do, they are almost exclusively negative. However, OnRamp has earned a glowing review.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Nothing to dislike about the software or the CEO. Big fan so far. My only comment would be exploring the idea of expanding their help center content.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client/customer ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

  ### 42. Easy and friendly Onboarding tool for our customers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Its step-by-step guidance makes it a user-friendly interface for our customers to complete the Onboading, and it helps us to keep on track with the OB status with our customers. Onramp provided training and support throughout our initial setup which was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

There are some glitches in the platform but overall happy with it.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had limited visibility into customer onboarding projects that weren't being completed, OnRamp helped us with this and less time being spent writing emails and follow up with customers.

  ### 43. Streamlined Our Operations Immensely!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

The way our communications with clients has been funneled through OnRamp has been extremely helpful in providing visibility for multiple departments on the status of our current clients in onboarding.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Haven't really noticed too many downsides with OnRamp at all, nothing but good things to say about the software and the staff!

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to download our clients digital assets all in one place has added a lot of value to our operations. Instead of tracking down logos, or headshots across multiple employees inboxes or email account, our clients are providing them all in one location!

  ### 44. Easy Software to Stand up and drive action for your customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adil D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Love its ability to give customers an ability to see what's needed of them to move their implementation plan forward even without needing to meet directly with our team. This shortens our implementation time to launch by creating a directive for customers to do their "HW" in between onboarding calls.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Nothing at the moment - there are optimizations that we've shared with our CSM for ways that we can get more value out of OnRamp, and we love that those are shared as product ideas.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need to improve time to launch customers

  ### 45. Great Onboarding Platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lance W. | Head of Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

The ease of the platform to be able for us to manage our onboardings from start to finish. The view for our internal team members as well as our clients who enjoy the use to the customer portal. All of this allows us and our clients to have full visbility.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Not much to report - serves our needs as of now.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to OnRamp, we did not have an easy way to know the exact state of our launches at any given time. OnRamp took us from multiple Gmail threads to accomplish onboarding to one simplified system.

  ### 46. Great experience for our customers to see their project progress

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenny A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Easy and straightforward to use for the end customer

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

A bunch of weird ways to do certain workflows and odd places to put certain functionality when we started but they managed to sort out a bunch of these in a new release

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frequent following up on customer-facing tasks. Saves us having to sift through emails and check the last correspondence and what they haven't done yet

Customer portal they can interact with to answer questions regarding their setup, upload documents pertaining to their setup, and ask questions directly relating to tasks assigned to them

  ### 47. Great Software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

Chad. He is amazing to work with. Doesn't make you feel like you are stranded on an island alone trying to figure out the functions. The program in it's self is super friendly on it's own. I was able to figure out a majority of it by myself.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

There are some user functionality upgrades that need to take place but they are actively working on it, very open to new ideas and continually rolling new things out.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that I can have a playbook at my fingertips to give a new client all the tasks they need to complete a sucessful onboarding experiance with a click of a button. It saves so much time! The fact that is also removes any question on the clients side to what I need from them.

  ### 48. Positive Onboarding Experience All Around

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2023

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

I love the customer-facing aspect of OnRamp. Software implementations can feel overwhelming but the usability and layout provide clear steps and instructions, reducing anxiety over all that customers need to accomplish. In addition, there are many steps that our enterprise customers can take on their own to get closer to launch and OnRamp guides them seamlessly. The email nudges are great for gentle reminders to complete tasks before the next steps.

In terms of the benefit to our internal teams, we have a Customer Success team that does a lot of context shifting between onboarding customers, driving adoption, and then renewals. Having a tool with pre-established playbooks, and steps already mapped out for new projects is a lifesaver for stretched-thin teams. And the fact that we can create a comprehensive internal view and a customer-friendly view is the icing on the cake.

The team is so supportive as well. Any time I have a request or support need (it isn't often) they are quick to respond and are always helpful.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

We didn't have enough projects to really take full advantage of the reporting but I think if we had more projects in flight, the reporting would have been even more useful to me.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifying the onboarding process for customers and keeping Customer Success Managers on top of the tasks required to launch a customer. The tool is beneficial whether you're a seasoned PM or someone less inclined to follow project plans.

**Official Response from Melissa Scatena:**

> Thank you Lindsay!! We're thrilled to hear that OnRamp helps reduce anxiety and make complex enterprise onboardings much easier for your team. This is all wonderful feedback. We appreciate you sharing your experience! 😊

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian J. | Operations Strategy Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

I love the things that OnRamp can automate, but I really think it shines as an organziational tool.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

There is nothing that I really dislike about OnRamp.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp is doing a great job of streamlining our onboarding process.

  ### 50. Excellent Onboarding Platform!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt C. | Vice President, Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2024

**What do you like best about OnRamp?**

OnRamp has really helped us standardize our onboarding process across our organization, ensuring customer experience is consistent regardless of who on our Customer Success team supports them. OnRamp has improved quickly over the last year and support/ease of use has matured considerably.

**What do you dislike about OnRamp?**

Continued integration improvements with SFDC as well as Catalyst and other CS platforms.

**What problems is OnRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRamp is helping us solve our very complex onboarding process and giving the benefit of a consistent customer experience.
