OnPlan Pricing Overview

OnPlan is a dynamic, effective application that is also extremely reasonably priced. I wholeheartedly endorse it for any business trying to advance and modernize their accounting/finance department. The platform is very powerful, has demonstrated the capacity to produce reporting tools to help with day-to-day management as well as solutions to automate manual accounting operations to boost productivity. OnPlan has a very shallow learning curve. It maintains our team's expertise working with GSheets but provides powerful value with their database and directly connecting to NetSuite, Salesforce and BambooHR. We can also continue to update our model directly in Gsheets without worrying about it not matching with our OnPlan model since they're one in the same. As a non-profit, planning by project/program and fund is crucial. OnPlan makes updating the model for changes like funding delays or employee allocations much easier than Gsheets alone. It's also easy for my dpt leaders to provide inputs and manage their monthly budgets much more independently without reliance on my team for access to information. From a product and support perspective, there aren't many negative things to say. The onboarding and customer support teams have been great and helpful to work with. I didn't have familiarity working with a multi-dimensional database, so that took a bit of time to adjust to, so the full implementation took a bit longer than I'd hoped. Overall, well worth it.
