It did get the job done. It let me see where my requests were in the fin depts queue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about onPhase? It didn’t work in my default browser and I had to open it in a secondary browser. It was hard to find my teams requests. The user interface was also difficult to use. I kept a separate spreadsheet to track the request numbers so I could search for them in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is onPhase solving and how is that benefiting you? It did ensure that all requests were in one place across all departments.
