It let me see where my requests were in the fin depts queue. **What do you dislike about onPhase?** It didn’t work in my default browser and I had to open it in a secondary browser. It was hard to find my teams requests. The user interface was also difficult to use. I kept a separate spreadsheet to track the request numbers so I could search for them in the system. **What problems is onPhase solving and how is that benefiting you?** It did ensure that all requests were in one place across all departments.
