What do you like best about OnPay?

I really like the aesthetics of the dash/software system. It is intuitive and easy to dive in and use without much training needed. The support staff if really on top of things and answer questions quickly. A much more positive experience than with ADP. The Onpay pricing is also very competitive and fair. What do you like best about OnPay?

I have worked with OnPay for years now for my small business. I love that once it's set up I really don't need to think about it. Everything just works. Its also easy to connect with support if needed. Its also allowed me to easily expand my business by offering very professional looking employee benefits to attract new candidates. What do you dislike about OnPay?

No majoy dislikes. I which there was a chat feature that connected to a human rather than an AI bot but its easy to get someone on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnPay?

The onboarding and implementation team was wonderful to work with. Everything was easy and straight forward and made our transition from manual payroll processing to a payroll service provider a quick and easy transition. We've just had our first payroll run and our employees find the app easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPay?

We are new to working with OnPay. That being said, so far, so good! Everything has their quirks, and only time will tell, but we are really happy with the service and the team of people we have worked with thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnPay?

Their prices are great and they assigned a handful of people to us when we were ready to migrate from our previous payroll provider. They made it easy and seamless, we didn't even have to do much! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their UX / UI can be a little clunky at times, I had to ask where to find a few things. But my rep was extremely helful with any questions :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
