"Sooooo Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about OnPay?

OnPay is the hands down easiest payroll software out there. I have used plenty in helping my bookkeeping clients. The interface is clean and not overly complicated. OnPay has everything you need to stay up to date and compliant with tax agencies and is easily navigated by my team and clients alike. Their support is unmatched. Getting started and migrated is as straight forward as you could make it. I recommend OnPay to my clients and they love it, too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No problems with OnPay...simple, easy to use!"
5/5
What do you like best about OnPay?

OnPay was easy to setup. Email responses were fantastic. Didn't really have any issues. Tax filings are all taken care of. Direct deposits are on time. I have no issues so far. They offer collaborations with other vendors, but I haven't looked into that, so I cannot comment. However, its great to know that it's available for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPay?

The one feature I wish they had was automatic payroll. Meaning unless there is a change in the weekly payroll, then the payroll would run the same as last week. Maybe if a simple verification of Change or No Change button can work without causing any issues for either party. Other than that, OnPay has fulfilled my expectations. "Epic Time-Saver"
5/5
What do you like best about OnPay?

The seamless integrations with time-tracking software and accounting software.

The information is categorized succinctly and the dashboard makes the entire system easy to navigate. There are also plenty of detailed reports that I tend to access quite often to keep track of labor trends.

Customer Support hand-held me through onboarding, and we had our new payroll system implemented in under a half hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPay?

OnPay doesn't offer its own time-tracking and scheduling suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great experience so far"
5/5
What do you like best about OnPay?

Customer support has been top-notch. We've had a number of relatively complicated items come up and their support has been helpful and quick to resolve things. Their interface is simple and intuitive. I've been accustomed to more complex systems such as PayChex and Paylocity, and this interface is refreshingly simple which is great for our current application. As the primary user of the system (using it multiple times each week, this is important for me. I've also appreciated the integrated services some of which we've taken advantage of. Initial implementation was also very easy. Their team was helpful and responsive and the how-to articles were also specific to our state and needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPay?

Not a problem with OnPay, per se, but the interface is different enough from other vendors that there is a learning curve to find certain settings or features if you're used to another system. Once I understood the system, though, I appreciate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
