First and foremost - The support is very helpful. We had some technical problems while switching to Onomondo, but everything got resolved swiftly. The API is great and the documentation is as well. We had some technical problems regarding UICC suspension and eDRX on our swap to Onomondo from Telia, but after helpful support from their techteam we managed to make it work in the end, so I guess noone is to blame. They're on the other side of the world from the majority of our fleet, and I worry sometimes about what could potentially go wrong and leave us in the lurch.
