Onoff Business is a cloud business phone system for small and mid-sized companies, built around the mobile phone. Administrators assign professional mobile and landline numbers to employees from a web console in a few clicks. Employees use those numbers through the Onoff Business app on their existing smartphone or in a browser, keeping business and personal calls separate without a second SIM or a company handset. The platform covers calls, SMS and MMS, visual voicemail, an interactive voice response (IVR) menu, call recording, call whispering, click-to-call and call statistics. Calls can run over the mobile GSM network as well as over data, which keeps quality stable where internet coverage is weak. Numbers can be reassigned instantly when people join or leave, so the number stays with the company. Onoff Business connects natively to CRMs and sales tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Odoo, Zoho CRM, Sellsy, noCRM.io and monday.com, to helpdesks such as Zendesk and Freshdesk, to conversation intelligence tools Modjo and Gong, and to Zapier, Make, a public API and webhooks. Calls, SMS and contacts are logged in the CRM automatically.
