OnlyTopTalent is a reverse job marketplace where employers apply to vetted Top Talents. Employers can browse existing talents in the platform (every day we add at least 1 new vetted talent) or ask us to search for a specific type of talent (eg. a Java backend developer in Poland). Our talent vetting process include an English language test, a behavioral test, a technical test and an audio/video interview. On top we gather for each Top Talent in depth information about their career, skills (soft and hard) and other relevant info like notice period, desired type of work and current/wanted salary, among others. Employers can search, filter and watch top talents profiles freely, but if they want to see full name and contact details they need to pay a fee.
