Can generate fact find easily. Generating the signature pages/declarations for some banks is a great feature. Compliance feature is good. Packaging is good Our suggestions are listened to and actioned **What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?** not being able to re-open a case that's closed. Labelling documents so as to make them easy to package is labourious Quality of some photos uploaded by clients is poor but system still accepts it **What problems is OnlineApplication solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps with Compliance. Reduces risks. Helps with packaging - saving time Records clients information as input by them - reduces risks Almost eliminates the use of paper in the office - cost saving but most importantly, assists with business sustainability and helps the planet Can be accessed remotely - assists when it is necessary to work from home ### 2.
