It's the 'one stop shop' way in which it manages everything that we find most useful. **What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?** There aren't features that we dislike; in general, there is always 'more' but the team regularly do meetings with large groups of users to determine what should be built next and that means you get to participate in the solution while also getting an idea of best practice from other market participants. The customer journey from start to finish couldn’t be easier. All feedback from my customers has been positive. While it’s great my customers love the platform, I’m the exact same. The amount of time saved & the ease at which I can package applications is a game changer Hadeed has been absolutely top class with any queries I had while I was getting used to the new system. That is the highest praise we can give the software and the team behind it. The level of engagement and collaboration has been fantastic and key to the success of the adapting the platform to our company and processes. **What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?** Any elements that we weren't 100% happy with, the team have patiently implemented changes and fixes, almost in real time.
