All information from clients is gathered on one portal. 
Can generate fact find easily.  
Generating the signature pages/declarations for some banks is a great feature. 
Compliance feature is good.  Packaging is good
Our suggestions are listened to and actioned

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

not being able to re-open a case that's closed.
Labelling documents so as to make them easy to package is labourious 
Quality of some photos uploaded by clients is poor but system still accepts it

**What problems is OnlineApplication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps with Compliance.  Reduces risks.  
Helps with packaging - saving time
Records clients information as input by them - reduces risks
Almost eliminates the use of paper in the office - cost saving but most importantly, assists with business sustainability and helps the planet
Can be accessed remotely - assists when it is necessary to work from home

unsure of quality control over rates
more connectivity with lenders platform - straigh through processing
not integrated with all products and isnt a full CRM system so still need to use other CRM tool
strengthened compliance checklist section so can replace any manual checks
possible integration of a quality checker/ test?
visibility of any system testing to ensure that no errors in data feeds/ system behaviour?
No intergration with other financial planning propositions

**What do you like best about OnlineApplication?**

The ownership of the information provided is back on the client. Having the system also filters out timewasters against clients who willing to input and upload.

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

The fact that i cannot upload documents to be included in the docusign envelope being sent to clients. Therefore, I do not use the docusign feature on online application as our company have compliance documents that we get complete at the outset.

**What problems is OnlineApplication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of merging documents and or removing pages in a document. You can also easily add notes to documents before you submit without the need to print and scan back in.

the information that is gathered from clients gives us a good background and provides us with most of the information prior to assesing the case properly when clients start uploading documents

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

Few bugs but usually are fixed fast and effieciently

**What problems is OnlineApplication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

gathering the documents for clients so they dont have to post them or physically drop them into our office which speeds up the application process and then we can submit them much quicker

It is easy to use and very efficent. The team are easily availible and great to deal with. They are very helpful and very informative.

Online applications has made the Mortgage process a lot easier, it is a one stop shop for uploading documents and has cut out teh need for back and forth with customers

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

As a start up there are still some teething issues but they are usually fixed quickly

**What problems is OnlineApplication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has eliminated the need to create folders or save personal information for customers as this is saved on the online application.

Lack of CRM - so much information being gathered and would like to be able to utilise this as a one-stop place to avoid the need for a seperate system

The progressions tabs that show on a scale of 1 - 100 how much is left to do, makes its very clear to both the clients & Brokers what is needed.

Combining the application documents can be slow.

Greatly improves transparancy from the clients to Broker tasks. Both can see how far along they are in terms of completing the application.

The ability to collect and hold customer information for packaging of mortgage applications without the need for paper dense files .

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

Can sometimes be glitchy on some applications and it can be hard to figure out the cause of the issue without engineer intervention .

reduces the need for paper file applications which allows us package the application from online applications to the bank easier without scanning page after page

**What do you like best about OnlineApplication?**

It is the best solution in the market for people managing loan origination, it takes the customer from start to finish in a quick and intuitive manner, then it directs them through the process, the documentation and things that often take a lot of time and back and forth. It's the 'one stop shop' way in which it manages everything that we find most useful.

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

There aren't features that we dislike; in general, there is always 'more' but the team regularly do meetings with large groups of users to determine what should be built next and that means you get to participate in the solution while also getting an idea of best practice from other market participants. This is a highly inclusive and consensus-driven way of solving the market problems faced in mortgage origination and no other company solves for issues in this way.

**What problems is OnlineApplication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of dealing with large volumes of business in mortgage origation. As a loan advisor there is simply no way to stay on top of the workload we are faced with and without Online Application we would be lost.

The platform eliminates the paperwork and hours spent on applications and makes the entire process more efficient and productive.
Everything can be done on the platform, and no more need to do the paperwork. All the processes are digital. The system also has an AI-powered identity verification solution that helps makes verification easy.

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

The product is fantastic. It would be great to be able to connect the API to integrate with existing solutions.

Allowing larger files to be downloaded, can have an issue with some larger files that can be frustrating at times

**What do you like best about OnlineApplication?**

This system is so user-friendly, and everything is in one place! From the broker and customer side, the mortgage process from start to finish is very smooth and seamless.  Hadeed has been such a fantastic help and is so open to our team's suggestions, whether that has been to change something that would make our process smoother or fix any bugs we had come across. The mailbox function has been very useful for us as we can all see correspondance from the clients if a follow up is needed when a team member is out of office.

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

There is nothing I can say that I don't like about the system. Any issues up to now we have come across have always had a simple explanation or have been rectfied with no delyay.

Online Applications have helped us keep our pipeline all on the one platform which has been so helpful.

**What do you like best about OnlineApplication?**

Having made a decision to open my own mortgage brokerage, I was very open to reviewing all the options available on the market to see who would be the best provider to partner with. After getting demos from a number of providers, I went with Online Applications & this was one of the best decision I have made for the brokerage. The customer journey from start to finish couldn’t be easier. All feedback from my customers has been positive. While it’s great my customers love  the platform, I’m the exact same.  The amount of time saved & the ease at which I can package applications is a game changer
Hadeed has been absolutely top class with any queries I had while I was getting used to the new system. I honestly couldn’t recommend this platform anymore.

N/A - Platform has been great. I honestly don't dislike anything about the platform

The fact that I can work anywhere without having access to a printer and a scanner is brilliant. This means I can spend more time out and about meeting clients.

**What do you like best about OnlineApplication?**

Everything is in one place on this platform - from the start of the mortgage process to drawdown. I utilise the in built mailbox alot so I can keep track of all correspondence on a case. This is especially handy when anyone in the team needs to refer back to a query. (either from the bank or the client) I would highly recommend OnlineApplication.

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

Any issues that I come across or features I think would be beneficial to us I would email Hadeed to notify. He is very prompt in replying and implementing any changes that improve the quality and efficency of this platform. Overall, on a day to day basis I don't dislike anything with the platform.

Keeping all documents and information on an application in one place. This also improves efficiency and helps to decrease the time spent looking for information.

easy for clients to provide their mortgage application details and documents in a secure and compliant way.
We started using the software just as the world was going into lockdown in early 2020 and have not looked back.
The software has revolutionized the way we work and interact with clients.
Updates and improvements to the software every week.
Really progressive and forward thinking company.

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

No ability to run reports yet but I believe that is coming soon.

Before we started using the software we had to manually gather the clients details and request documents.
It is still a challenge to get all of the necessary mortgage documentation requirements from clients but much better process with the software.

**What do you like best about OnlineApplication?**

The platform is designed perfectly and is so easy. Applying for a mortgage takes minutes which makes customers very happy. It is also self driven so customers can upload all of their documents and track their application without having to get in touch with us or meet in person. There is a lot less stress  in general with the online application.

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

There is not really anything I dislike. The support teams are great at solving problems quickly if any are to come up.

**What problems is OnlineApplication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is no longer a need to use paper documents which can be very time consuming and just a pain in general. It also removed the need to meet in person which is very beneficial for both parties.

The fact that clients can upload all their documents themselves is great. We've been able to automate previous tasks which were very time consuming. Our clients are able to get real time information on their mortgage application without feeling compelled to call or email us.

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

Nothing really. It'd be great if the Banks got on board with integration but that's nothing to do with the team behind the software.

**Recommendations to others considering OnlineApplication:**

You need to have a plan as to how you are going to leverage the time you will earn back from the implementation of the platform

We've manged to buy ourselves 38 hrs pw in time saved just from the automation the platform provides. The added bonus is that we've managed to leapfrog our competitors by offering a best in class tech solution which enhances our client experience

Like everyone we were planning to offer an on line mortgage option in the future but covid has brought this forward. This system offers a Customer friendly and professional mortgage platform where clients can make their application ,upload their documents and track their application . Feedback has been great so far from our customers. from our point of view it has streamlined  the underwriting ,compliance and application process . The service you get from the team at On line applications has been excellent .

**What do you like best about OnlineApplication?**

Having reviewed and tested several systems over the years (some extremely good) . Online Application is the first to achieve what seems to be the rarest thing of all with Saas platforms, exactly what it sets out to. That is the highest praise we can give the software and the team behind it.

The level of engagement and collaboration has been fantastic and key to the success of the adapting the platform to our company and processes.

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

Any elements that we weren't 100% happy with, the team have patiently implemented changes and fixes, almost in real time. Further lender integration would be beneficial, but not essential given how the system works a present.

**What problems is OnlineApplication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease with which the system deals with the administrative logjams and inefficiencies that exist in the processing of applications is extremely impressive. Fewer advisor touches, fewer friction points and fewer variables in terms of the quality of processed documentation/ management oversight of same.

The platform was designed by brokers for use of brokers. The client journey is first and foremost. The platform is constantly improving and listens to feedback.

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

There is very little - some minor glitches with documentation upload from different platforms but always resolved quickly by support teams.

**What problems is OnlineApplication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its taken 1/3rd of the time to process a mortgage out of the system. It has linked seamlessly with our online platform for lead generation which has been a game changer for us.

This system offers a great customer-friendly and professional mortgage platform where clients can create their applications, upload their required documents, and track their process throughout. Everything is fast, efficient, and very accessible for all. I cannot fault the service you get from the team at Online Application; they are always accommodating and friendly.

We run our brokerage on this platform and it does everything we need from customer acquisition, document gathering, compliance, GDPR and it has built in open banking, emails and other features so that everything is in one place.

**What do you dislike about OnlineApplication?**

The platform hasn't integrated with all the lenders we use but in time they will.

**What problems is OnlineApplication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to be able to rapidly acquire clients, gather all documentation, calculate loan amounts, package and send for underwriting - this system does all of that and much more.

If you are considering using OnlineApplication, do not hesitate & go for it, is it a very efficient system which will make your day to day working environment so much easier with all the quick and easy tools it provides.

Less time spent printing, scan and sending off applications, everything is uploaded onto the system & allows you to download and send away.
