**What do you like best about Online Appointment Scheduler?**

After trying the demo on their site, I was inclined to give the 30-day free trial a shot. I was blown away with how easy to use the program was when I started using it. A lot of other online scheduling companies don’t offer the 30 days for free so that was automatically a good sign to me that this company was confident in their product. For me, the biggest difference was how easy it was to edit, cancel, and reschedule appointments on the website, there was no learning curve to using the product. I would recommend this product to business owners or anyone who needs to schedule appointments on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about Online Appointment Scheduler?**

Not much to dislike about this product, I have been happy since the first time I tried it.

**What do you like best about Online Appointment Scheduler?**

I like the sceduling option with qn application that actual stores and keeps on file patient or client information so that you do not have to reenterveverything everytime. 

**What do you dislike about Online Appointment Scheduler?**

The software is pretty complicated, it reqires extensive training. I would like it much better if a novice user could be lightly trained, be able to open the app and svhedule an appointment with ease. I feel you would need to have assistance or notes on how to do it. The reschedule and cancel features are avtually easier than setting an appointment. Also it is easy to mispell or mistype information or even enter it correctly and end up having one patient/client stored in the system multiple times which done often enough can  e a terrible mess.

We use appointment Quest on behalf of our clients, to schedule for their callers.
