The interface is very straightforward, making it easy to get accustomed to. I found it simple to use right from the start.

I often find that I need to reload the page several times throughout the day. Sometimes it takes a few loads or minutes for a task to be shown as completed and in green

Managing several tasks and orders simultaneously is made much easier with a straightforward, user-friendly dashboard and map.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

Onfleet is a very commonly used app for dispensaries to keep track of their drivers and their routes. Dispatchers use it to add orders/customers addresses and ensure that each driver has a route that allows them to deliver products as quick and efficiently as possible. This ensures customer satisfaction and increases repeat customers. That also makes customers happy which increases your customer base by customers recommending their products to friends. This app is pretty important for dispensaries that want to stay up with the competition and be successful in the industry.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

I have used onfleet at a few different dispensaries for delivering orders. My first experience with them was not good at all. I had an older phone, not super old but not new. After a couple weeks of working delivery I noticed that there was a substantial difference between what I was spending and gas and what they were giving me reimbursements for my mileage. Later I came to realize that on fleet was not recording all of my miles and if I looked at the Mac it would show like me jumping around the map and so it wasn't like a consistent line all the way through during my shift but like random points where it would pick up the signal and so it was not accurately recording my mileage and when I brought it to the attention of my workplace first off it took them a few times with me saying something before they even listened I actually had to show the IT guy my map that showed me having just random way points jumping around the map when they finally took it seriously and looked into it and then they only paid me a portion of what they owed. But that had more to do with the company I was working for or not is on full. I actually contacted on fleet and other customer support was really helpful trying to help fix the problem but unfortunately it was never fixed so yeah that was my first experience with him and then I worked at a few different dispensaries and use their app after that and I didn't have any issues so it was just that first place but it should have been an omen for me to not work there because it was a bad company to work for anyways.

onfleet tells us drivers who we need to deliver to and what order we should do it in. it shows us their locations so we can maximize our routes.

What I appreciate most is being able to manage a large amount of data in a single location, instead of having to search through various different sources.

At times, the software can become slow, especially when multiple filters are applied simultaneously, which makes the overall experience less than ideal.

This tool helps eliminate the need to search through multiple sources when analyzing data, making the process much more efficient. It also provides valuable historical data, which is especially useful when reviewing past scenarios in detail.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

It helped me improve delivery times with more precise punctuality, and through mapping, I improved routes. It has been an application that greatly helps me in my work and allows me to be more productive with more satisfied customer service. I also like that it's easy to use and doesn't require lengthy training or extensive instructions. It's very useful and precise in each targeted mapping.

I don't dislike any specific features, as I've felt its great contribution to my work, helping me travel faster, safely, and more efficiently.

I use onfleet to manage the company's transportation requirements. We were exploring the options and find this to suits our needs. It is still in trial phase as we are checking that, does it fulfil the business needs and requirements.

In this part of the world, still this software is new, and coverage is less. May be, in future more retailers will be added to communicate with delivery drivers while providing services.

From the start, Onfleet was easy to set up, with a highly user-friendly interface. After over three years of use, it continues to scale effortlessly. The only significant pain point, though not entirely Onfleet's fault, is the delay in accessing call or text records to confirm driver communications with customers. It can take up to 72 hours to export a complete log, which can be frustrating when dealing with an upset customer who urgently wants to know if the driver contacted them.

Onfleet's implementation of route planning has become invaluable to our operation. Our routing considers numerous variables that enhance the driver experience and contribute to driver satisfaction. - Just the fact that Onfleet is brave enough to work with companies in our otherwise neglected industry is a huge plus and speaks to their credibility as a company. 
- Even beyond that, it's a best-in-class software at a fair cost. 
- It's given us the ability to reliably outsource expensive functionality and focus on other priorities. 
- The support team at Onfleet is always quick to respond. 
- The app itself is intuitive and user friendly and relatively easy to integrate into our system
- Onfleet has become a integral part of our business and has enabled us to scale our markets and capabilities!

- New features can take a while to launch
- There could be more "route insights" or analytics capabilities
- It's not really Onfleet's fault, but the communications between Onfleet and customers via SMS and calls often get flagged as spam, which creates big problems for us

It handles all of our routing logic, fleet management, and dispatch management. We no longer have to manage all of this tech in house! It gives our dispatchers and operators more control over routes and has enabled us to scale our markets and delivery capabilities.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

Onfleet is amazing in so many ways! I can communicate with my drivers fast. The drivers can communicate with the customers. 
I do like the fact I can now create routes, i am still learning this but so far I LOVE it! I am still learning alot on onfleet but I am able to get a hold of someone quickly if i need help.
Our company uses onfleet MOnday - Friday and we have alot of recurring customers, having the option to use the spreadsheet and upload it once a week is a life saver!

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

I really would like to see the "pause function" I know it is coming but wish it would happen sooner than later.
Would be nice if the call/text to the customers would be from the area code we live in not the 888 number, lots of customers wont anwser because of that.

Being able to arrive to our customers at a timely manor, tracking our drivers and insuring they are staying safe.

Onfleet is user friendly on all access levels, simplifying operations and employee training.
Optimization, predictive ETAs, automated alerts, and analytics allow us to centralize dispatching operations across multiple States, increasing quality control while substiancially decreasing our labor.
Creation of hubs and teams simplifies onboarding new locations as we scale.

Lack of metrc integration.
Integration deficiancies with Dutchie Point Of Sale create some manual steps in our process.
The inability to save vehicles to a hub, and a saved Company vehicle to an On Duty driver.

I've worked with and implemented the use of Onfleet at multiple organizations since 2016. It has alwyas proven to be a lean, effective, and impactful tool ensuring recipients and drivers alike have an enjoyable delivery experience. The flexibility and transparency of the platform make it nimble and responsive to real-time changes. Integrating Onfleet with other tools aloows us to create efficient workflows and business processes. The customer support team is the best I've worked with. They are quick to respond, thorough, and willing to deep dive into root cause issues.

I would love to use Onfleet as a delivery orchestration platform and manage deliveries across all providers within Onfleet.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

The fact that "Tasks" are not hub-and-spoke managed.  Being able to recognize pickups and deliveries (a task) without needing to have all-pickups managed first, is the entire basis of our company's technology.  Without OnFleet, we would ahve had to have built an-onfleet-system ourselves from scratch.  From what we can tell, in this regard, OnFleet does not have any competition.

Also - Amalia is an amazing coach and success manager.  She has been very helpful, as well as proactive in keeping us up-to-date on feature availability.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Drivers managing a single task in the app, locks the driver from managing any other tasks.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The API allows us to fully-integrate our Merchant fulfillments directly into the system, and pass-off the "baton" to the driver.  Having a fully funcitoning app for the driver to follow, as well as enabiling some customizations that we have made for ourselves, in particular related to QR scanning as well as systems notifications, allows us to simply rely on OnFleet, and not have to accomplish the tech ourselves.

Also - managing multiple fleets (billing-wise) seperate from one another, as well as knowing that all the customer interfaces are there (with sms alerts), has been really helpful - again, something we would have had to code ourselves.

Onfleet is always reliable and tends to give us the least amount of issues in comparison to our other operating systems.

We tend to find that the 'optimizing" feature is not the best routing method and utilize dispatch knowledge to produce the best outcomes.

Onfleet is the top most leading company in this market. The support system is also very helpful and we can see all the details of the person which is required. Even if there is any modification required from the API they are ready to help us in all means. This is very easy to use and and easy to implement and integrating on the website. 
The feature list they provide is enoumerous.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

There's nothing to dislike about the onfleet as of now. They have the best software, best support, bext marketiing team.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we faced was to get the estimatd time of delivery of the person, which is being solved by the Onfleet. Out main focus was to provide users the exact time of arrival of the driver, which is being managed by onfleet. And so far we haven't faced any isseus using onfleet. Apart from that there's numerous feature they provide of getting all the details of the order and to even know the licenece number of the driver to know if the person who has arrived is correct or not. It gives full transperancy to the user about the driver.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

Onfleet is one of the best software I have used to track the driver and deliver the products to the users. In this, we can manage the driver details and hierarchy under which the driver falls and auto-assign the order to them based on the region for which they are entered. In the custom development, we can also manage the order after checking which driver is busy and which is available.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

They can improve the UI part of the dashboard from where we track all the drivers and the details of the orders. Apart from this, there are no such issues which I have faced during the implementation of the onfleet.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using onfleet, I can solve the issue of not knowing the current location of my driver. What all orders are being assigned to the driver, and what is the status of all the order. 
Order memo notes are really helpful for me and the driver as well, giving more clarity about the order in a detailed manner. Driver information including - driver name, image, car details. Everything is added on the onfleet which is helpful for the users as well to know more about the driver. 

The best part is using this - we get the exact ETA of the driver for delivering the order to the exact minute and seconds. That is helpful for every business.

We can easily get response from the API'S. We can easily get the driver's response,trackingURL, notes, completionDetails, recipientsDeatils, Driver name, driver vehicle details and ETA etc

There is nothing that I dislike. Everything is smooth. Support team is also wonderful. If we get any issue then we get easy access with them via email.

Whenever I am ordering , driver is assigned and we get complete ETA from it also getting complete profile of driver. We don't need to call client that we need to know about the status of order just get response over here. Tracking link is also there that helps us.

I love how easy it is to navigate through Onfleet! It is something most people can mess around with for a day and then be able to use like a pro the following day!

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

The only downside I have seen (To be honest, nothing bad in my eyes) is that duplicate orders can come up and sometimes slip through as you start a route. Other than that, if they had a way to color code or highlight duplicates, I think the platform is great!

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onfleet is solving being able to set up a direct route for all of our drivers. If we are ever in a pinch for time and have too many orders to manually route, we have the option of the Optimizing tool, which creates routes for all drivers from the total deliveries we have. I find this to be a huge time saver and often helps when you need to distribute orders evenly among several drivers!

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

Pros include on time and accurate billing to customers.  Optional setting for drivers to take a picture give us the ability to provide proof that delivery was made and provide the location of where it was made on the jobsite.

Tickets automatically review and automatically bill to our customers.  We have had problems with on time billing in the past and pick tickets being lost or not returned following deliveries.  This makes sure we never run into this issue again.

Biggest downside is there is no record of what paths drivers take throughout the day.  Onfleet will recommend the best way to the jobsite, but it does not recommend the best way back to the shop when deliveries are finished for the day.

If record of paths taken was kept, we could review these routes with our drivers to maximize time efficiency and minimize delivery costs.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest problem was untimely billing due to lost delivery tickets.  Automatic billing saves us from the giant headache of determining if an order was delivered and whether or not it needs to be billed.  It has been a great tool for us to use.

I do not really have anything negative to say at this point about Onfleet because the entire time that I have been working as a dispatcher and using Onfleet, the program has ben nothing but incredibly helpful to me.

Onfleet is able to fully display to my coworker and I what our drivers are doing at all times during their routes. We are able to see full analytics of each route and then can easily process their pay for that day and it's just very helpful in that matter.

Route optimizing, depending on your company, can have lots of details that need to be identified during setup in order to make sure your routing is top-notch, so if you don't know your details correctly, your routings are going to come out wrong.

Logistics is a nightmare by itself, and routing by myself was the worse thing ever,  but by using Onfleet, I never have to worry about missing a detail, which makes me and our customers very happy!

Onfleet is one of the tracking platforms I have used and is my favorite tracking platform.  The tracking of drivers is easy to user friendly. I also enjoy the easy tutorials and the updates.

I don't dislike anything; I would like a robust option of reports with more filters. I can't wait to see more detailed information available to schedule accordingly in different zones and times.

We can trace our window time for orders to be delivered in a timely fashion and create routes feasible for the driver
to drop off orders in a timely manner. Also can rearrange orders if any reschedules happen

Route optimization is not entirely accurate due to traffic buildup or traffic jams. It doesn't follow live traffic updates either which could be very beneficial for Reuters

Not much. We operate deliveries through a 'scheduled' and an 'express' menu, so the only grip that I would have would be the auto-dispatch feature doesn't work with express orders that appear with no time slot.

Organized routing experience that is easy to navigate while accounting for traffic variables. We also enjoy the integration with our point-of-sale software. The layout is easy to understand the the program has a smooth workflow.

There are occasional integration lags between Blaze and Onfleet. A recent update to Onfleet started bundling pin-drops within a "numbered pin," representing the number of stops in that area. That feature creates confusion in the map view. Aside from that minor concern, Onfleet has been ideal on every level.

Onfleet keeps our business compliant for real-time tracking of our fleet. It also serves as an all-in-one checkpoint for our drivers when preparing for and executing their deliveries.

User friendly interface, super easy to use, are able to leave notes for the driver teams. I like that customers are also able to track drivers and leave reviews. The analytics tab is extremely helpful in determining how long drivers are spending at deliveries on average.

Not being able to export reviews in a wonky format. I would also like to be able to block off zones (like states) so drivers can't accidentally cross boundaries illegally. It could use improvement for larger, business to business transports.

The route optimization feature comes in handy for the parts of my business with more vehicles and high order volume.

OnFleet helps better our florist business and we didn't even know we needed it! It is amazing with routing our delivery drivers and letting the customer know their flowers were delivered. It lets us know in real time where our driver is and what deliveries he has already completed and what is left.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

There are some minor glitches with addresses and only sending the sending customer notifications and not the actual recipient receiving the flowers to let them know they were delivered or left at their doorstep.

Customers would often call us asking if it was delivered and where our driver is and this helps us answer these questions or even stop receiving these calls altogether because OnFleet notifies them already and puts our customers at ease.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

I really like how it is done with the "tasks"; it is easy to use. You just enter the address and the driver can see it and deliver, upload photos and signatures, and import the addresses with the task data.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Now with the new plans offered by Onfleet, the basic plan will cost more than double what it currently costs, although it comes with many more functions and features than it did before. For a small business, it might be a big change in price.

**Recommendations to others considering Onfleet:**

I really would like to say a couple of things. First, when exporting the information: I would like to be able to export specific information and not globally as it is defined. The business for which I use Onfleet is small; deliveries are made but not in large quantities, so there is a lot of unnecessary information that I always see. Although it's good to always have information about everything, for me it is unnecessary.

Second, the functions: as I have already said, there are too many functions that my company does not use, and for the ones that are useful, you need to pay, and we cannot afford that. The basic functions are those of the tasks: create, edit, modify, etc. We do not use absolutely everything, but there are things that would be necessary, yet we do not have access to them because we have the most basic plan.

the problem that Onfleet solves is not only the fact that it can manage deliveries, addresses, times, and the order in which the driver delivers them. Additionally, the information about the "tasks" that Onfleet offers allows us to track each delivery as well as have evidence almost instantly ready for our customers.
