First, the price point and limited savings for Non-profits. Second, the loop of back and forth support tickets to get something solved. Three, the support staff has yet to be able to fix our issues. Four, platforms continue to be built around an on-demand workforce ( sucks). Lastly, the features are not built for business to business work-flows. The features are limited. I love that it sends automated delivery text notifications to customers, which allows them to communicate directly with the driver. It's not part of my job to build delivery routes, but it's helpful that it will suggest routes to you. The amount of features it has and the intuitive interface are so helpful to our team. It's probably an issue more on our end than theirs. Since I work in customer service, the most annoying thing is that some customers will not receive the delivery notification texts.
