User friendly interface, super easy to use, are able to leave notes for the driver teams. I like that customers are also able to track drivers and leave reviews. Not being able to export reviews in a wonky format. I would also like to be able to block off zones (like states) so drivers can't accidentally cross boundaries illegally. OnFleet helps better our florist business and we didn't even know we needed it! It is amazing with routing our delivery drivers and letting the customer know their flowers were delivered. There are some minor glitches with addresses and only sending the sending customer notifications and not the actual recipient receiving the flowers to let them know they were delivered or left at their doorstep.
