I love the live customer service for issues but I wish that response time was quicker. I also like the ability to seamlessly share documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i wish it had a chat feature on its collaboration software and I wish the use of it was a little more intuitive to those who are less technologically savvy. It could also stand to have a lower cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
