OneWindow's ability to facilitate seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders is one of its strongest features. Additionally, having all of your tools in one location and working with your team on several platforms while working on a single project is quite beneficial. There isn't much to hate, but the tools featured a lot of different parts, making it challenging for a novice user to grasp everything intuitively. If there is training for it, that is beneficial. Collaboration is the main issue that OneWIndow addresses, as the previous tools our team used to work together were ineffective compared to OneWIndow. Though I wish the response time was quicker, I adore the live customer care for problems. I also like that documents can be shared easily. I wish folks who are less tech-savvy could use it in a way that was a bit more natural. It also needs to be less expensive.
