Hootsuite, Buffer, Crowdfire, Sendible, Loomly and more and OneUp, hands down, is the best one out there! The platform is incredibly easy to use, and the layout is fantastic. I love being able to group social channels, I can check upcoming and published posts on my calendar, as well as in my queue. They have an RSS feed, which sooo many platforms have stopped using, but for a business like mine is essential, and I'm so happy it's there. I have my RSS feeds go into my "draft" folder in my queue so that I can look them over and select the posts I want. I can repeat posts, which is awesome! The analytics are fantastic, they are a separate fee, but it's not much and it makes sense since it costs them money to provide. The customer service, thus far, has been unbelievable. The creator, Davis, responds to questions and super fast too. I had to wait hours and sometimes days with other platforms to get a response for questions, not OneUp. I love supporting small businesses and businesses with incredible customer service. OneUp has all the features you need for an incredible price! You will not be disappointed! **What do you dislike about OneUp?** There is absolutely nothing I dislike about this fantastic platform. Oneup is constantly improving its platform with new features; this is the best social media scheduling platform a small business could ask for! **What problems is OneUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can schedule my social media posts, for numerous accounts, in advance. I can see what I've previously posted and what I have coming up via my calendar AND my queue. I can have my RSS feeds go into my draft folder (in my queue) and then filter out and schedule which articles I want (instead of pieces I don't wish to, just randomly getting posted). I can repeat posts, which is incredible. There are many "informative" posts that I create, so being able to repeat them (monthly, weekly) makes my life so much easier. The analytics are great! I can see which social channels are getting traffic and which I need to work on. Creating a social media presence for a small business is essential to growth and survival in this day in age. OneUp offers a fantastic platform for an excellent price. It's perfect for small businesses. The AI is a cool feature if I'm feeling brain-dead and can't seem to figure out what to type. ### 5. OneUp is also very focused on making consistent improvements to be the best provider and they listen to their clients. And the platform is easy to use. Another benefit is the way that the platform interfaces with so many different social media sites. **What do you dislike about OneUp?** Currently, there is nothing that I dislike about OneUp. **What problems is OneUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving me time! If you have posts that you repeatedly make with your social media OneUp makes it easier than I ever thought was possible. ### 28. It also helps to save time as you can easily schedule your social media content and without hassle plan the content. It also helps you categorize posts and maintain the calendar. **What do you dislike about OneUp?** The only thing that I dislike is the user interface was not friendly and the manuals were vague to understand when initially setting up. **Recommendations to others considering OneUp:** Make sure you actually spend some time understanding the product before going live as it will help you align it according to your vision. **What problems is OneUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us save time in terms of managing social media content. The best thing was auto scheduling and as well categorizing our post and then revisiting them later in time to reschedule. ### 29.
