Now we are paying as per the need and have eliminated the In house team. Our servers are more secure now and workforce is more efficient. Access from anywhere, anytime and with any device helped in increasing the efficiency of the team. The server speeds are too good that we do not face any latency while working. If we consider security on data access then MFA feature adds an extra layer. ALso, we have asked for disabling the off shift hours access so that we can monitor no one is accessing at odd hours. When our 7 users logs into the server, tehya ll can access the resources without any lag. This shows that we are not on a shared but dedicated server assigned to our company name. OneUp Networks was able to set me up with two virtual destops that could use files accessable by both virtual desktops.
