The OneTrust Privacy Management platform provides powerful solutions (conveniently categorized in various modules) in a centralized environment that interact and connect logically. The suite of modules in use so far has helped considerably in building out and streamlining our privacy & data protection operations across the organization. The Privacy Rights Automation module is immensely helpful in automating our intake and fulfillment process. The Data Mapping module is very detailed and allows for designing complexity around the business need (you don't have to go all-feature if you want to start basic). The assessment workflows also tie in nicely w/ PIA processes, as well as help manage assets and vendor related activies. The interface is intuitive and well structured across modules.

The HealthCheck is highly recommended to get a very detailed review of the tools' usage and learn about optimization and enhancement opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Altho user friendly and conceptually easy, such powerful software requires careful planning and continuous implementation collaboration w/ a dedicated consultant. We have found most module implementations very satisfying and successful (fun even!) but a few implementations were tedious work and didn't go as smoothly.

OneTrust Support is usally quick and resolution is comprehensive, but here too, the exception to the rule is when Support doesn't seem to be on top of things.

The Health Check was a great way to learn more about the tool and what functions we could use better. The functionality is there, but needs a lot of coaching to figure out how to maximize usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is extremely hard to set up on your own in terms of surveys and automations. However, going through the Health Check with Kirsten Koroly really saved a lot of time and helped us get where we needed to be. While I appreciate that there are a lot of training tools and videos, it really isn't as helpful as going through the tool together with one of the Health Check reps.
