Recommendations to others considering OneTrust Privacy Automation:
Start as "out of the box" as possible and only start making your own changes after really understanding how it works. Otherwise you might put a lot of time and money in things you regret afterwards. It's well though out as it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is OneTrust Privacy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a number of issues we have and still are solving like automation, centralization and consistent approach. Examples are centralized data gathering/mapping, easily running up to date Art.30 reports, consistency in DPIA use, risk overview and most of all insight in data flows, in and out the company and cross border.
