Anything related to privacy is gathered in one place. separated in different modules. Very easy to use and navigate through. Constant updates to keep up to date as much as possible. There have been points that have made OneTrust difficult to use at times, however, the support team has always assisted. We would like to see improvements concerning updates on different assessments, reflecting any updated guidelines/regulations. It took some time to make changes for our industry. Onetrust has a very user friendly interface, easy and deductive.I like that OT tools respects all type of privacy maturuty within a company. They should invest more in implementation. I am just sorry that in the beginning I had a standard account now every 6 months, I have a a new contact. Recommendations to others considering OneTrust Privacy Automation: Everybody, in the privacy sector, knows OneTrust and everybody knows how powerful this software is. Of course, such powerful and dynamic software needs also to be managed by good and smart hands and brains in order to full benefit. Even if very user friendly, the software needs always a deep implementation and close collaboration with OneTrust. OneTrust developed recently so many modules able to cover not only privacy compliance, but also data compliance within big or small companies. It covers not only the standard data mapping and assessment automation, DSAR but also legal data base with DataGuidance, and training with Awareness and training, policy managment and much more, offering so a total solution. I would defintely advice OT to small or big companies. Even if OT became so big, you can still see and feel the passion, dedication and human touch of Kabir, Blake and every emplyees. The product is excellent but privacy management can be a complex project, you need to work with the OneTrust team to understand your own processes and how best to set up and configure the system. We had a very complex and essential implementation to take care of, and we asked OneTrust to provide us with full availability. They acted both professionally and proactively for the entire duration of the project. Without their availability and having them validating significant steps, we wouldn't have been able to deliver such a successful integration delivery. It got solved, but initially, during our first implementation, we would have appreciated more proactive guidance from them. After the facts, we realized that we lacked 360 knowledge to fully understand how it should be implemented in our systems, more precisely what to be aware of, and validate at each step to avoid data issues after deployment. Everything about this software, its design, and the approach the company uses towards development showcases it has little to no experience with professional software development, IT approaches, customer support, or user interfaces. We would experience regular outages across our 50K person company only to be told time and again it was our issue, not OneTrust's. Basic functionality in managing users, modifying questions, and publishing new versions failed to meet expectations.
