I inherited the tool from a predecessor and the forms were not logically linked and/or used in a manner that the tool was designed or capable. OneTrust has provided me with a dedicated technical liaison (Goda Rabaciute) and she is absolutely outstanding, she has supported me in revamping all our forms with the most technical expertise and dedication.
