What do you like best about OneTrust Consent & Preferences?

Scans your website for you to collect and audit the cookies, uses public cookiepedia to categorize cookies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneTrust Consent & Preferences?

It blocks and breaks media without warning (i.e. embedded Vimeo videos just stopped working after an update), it's hard to use your custom cookies onsite since those get blocked by their tool but the worst part is their customer service is only available via email, takes a long time to respond, sometimes days and when they do respond they usually just link you to a documentation article you could have found yourself (and probably one you already read before reaching out).

Customer Support wouldn't be such a problem if their tool was easy enough to use, but it's hard to navigate and find the things you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of cookie solutions tools available on the web, but Cookie Pro is really global (available in more than 200 languages), so whichever language you speak they have you covered :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fairly straightforward in terms of getting cookie consent implemented (was able to do it in about an hour). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneTrust Consent & Preferences?

Tweaking and getting CookiePro to behave as advertised is an uphill battle with outdated documentation that doesn't match current software in appearance or functionality. Support is slow and limited to email. I upgraded to Enterprise plan to get consent records but after paying and activating this feature, I'm not able to view records of consent anywhere.
