We have supported over 100,000 carers to deliver care to more than half a million people, and our platform now supports around 70 million hours of care every year. OneTouch brings the essential parts of running a care service into one platform. That includes scheduling and rostering, digital care plans, medication management, call monitoring, auditing, KPI reporting, invoicing and payroll. Carers get an easy-to-use mobile app, and managers get real-time visibility across their whole service, so a last-minute schedule change reaches everyone who needs to know straight away.
