One Stream is very flexible to adjust reporting structures, we have added and removed systems with new ownership. It allowed us to make these modification fairly easily. Oneteam is like a central communication and information point in which we can easily communicate with entire team and digitalised onboarding process, as well as surveys employees feedback

Some features are not working ( academy and phone number hiding or showing by choice) . Hight five icon on/off looks too similar. Serach option could be better.
