Before One team we communicated via email ( office workers) and posters with waerhouse workers and with hopes an telekinesis with field workers. Employees stay informed and get more engaged with the company in a playful manner. Oneteam comes with lots of features which are way more developed compared to their competitors. Functions like an academy, forms, surveys and events, it's all included. This app comes with the most complete package in the industry and has enormous potential! They work, but need some more development to truly shine. However, the team is open for feedback and actually really appreciates if you think with them about things that can be improved. Not all tools within Toolstation have been sufficiently developed, so they cannot always be used or implemented as desired.
