Its solving a big problem of communication among employees, before it we used to have whats app group which was very hard to handle due so many messages and mentions into the group. now the team communicates well and every one knows what are instruction, what's important and it's also helpful for training purpose. it was very helpful when we onboarded some remote workers it helped well.
