## About Oneteam
An intro to Oneteam: It might not surprise you that connecting with your deskless workforce is a major challenge. They are spread out over multiple locations, don’t sit behind a computer, don’t have a business email address, and often only work part-time, to name a few reasons. Old-school methods like intranets, email blasts, paper guides, and bulletin boards just don't cut it anymore. They create what we dub the "Deskless Gap." And guess what? This gap can drain your team's engagement, loyalty, and success, pushing your best talents out the door and negatively influencing your business growth. At Oneteam, we've crafted the ultimate app to bridge this gap. Think of it as your all-in-one toolkit: seamless communication, smooth onboarding, interactive eLearning, insightful surveys, and handy checklists: everything you need, all in Oneteam. Today, Oneteam seeks to unleash the full potential of deskless workers worldwide and has already achieved success in bridging the deskless gap for organizations including H&M, Toolstation, Ibis, WestCord Hotels, and DPD. ## Oneteam Reviews
 ### 1. Oneteam Keeps Communication Fast, Organized, and All in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyankar O. | CEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

What I like best about Oneteam is how it brings everything into one single platform. It combines messaging, file sharing, updates, and team collaboration tools in one place, so I don’t need to switch between multiple apps. This makes communication much faster and more organized.

The interface is simple and easy to use, even for new users, which helps teams get started quickly. I also like the real-time communication features and how it keeps everyone connected, especially for remote or frontline teams.

Overall, it improves productivity and team engagement by centralizing all work-related communication in one system.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

One thing I dislike about Oneteam is that it sometimes feels limited in terms of advanced features compared to other collaboration tools. There are certain functionalities, like deeper customization and automation workflows, that could improve efficiency but are currently missing.

Another issue is the notification system, which can become overwhelming at times. It’s not always easy to manage or filter notifications properly, which can lead to missing important updates.

Additionally, the interface can feel slightly cluttered for new users, making navigation a bit confusing initially. Overall, while the platform is useful, adding more features and improving usability would make the experience much better.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oneteam solves the major problem of fragmented communication and scattered information within teams. Before using it, important updates, tasks, and conversations were spread across different platforms, which made it difficult to stay aligned and often caused miscommunication.

With Oneteam, everything is centralized in one place—messages, tasks, and updates—so it acts as a single source of truth for the entire team. This ensures that everyone, whether working remotely or on-site, receives real-time information and stays on the same page.

 ### 2. Oneteam Makes Team Communication and Task Coordination Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Audie C. | Senior Process Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

What I like most about Oneteam is how easy it made communication and task coordination within the team. From my experience, it helped keep everything organized in one place, which made it easier to stay updated, collaborate with coworkers, and avoid missing important announcements or tasks.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

One thing I noticed while using Oneteam is that some notifications can be easy to miss when there are many updates at once. Aside from that, the overall experience was smooth and easy to navigate.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oneteam helped solve communication and coordination issues within the team by keeping updates, tasks, and announcements in one place. In my experience, it made collaboration more organized and helped me stay informed and respond to tasks more efficiently.

 ### 3. Unified Messaging with Room for Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osama K. | AI Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

I use Oneteam for real-time messaging with my team, which is super convenient. I really like how it creates a unified workspace, letting me chat, create channels, and share files all in one place without needing different apps for each task. The threaded conversation feature is a big win, and being able to share files is essential for my work. Plus, it's available on different operating systems like Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android, which is really useful. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, from creating the account and setting up the profile to inviting team members and optionally creating channels or threads for grouping.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

Lacking customizable automation workflows, which could save much attention, time, and effort. This feature in the current era is necessary.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Oneteam for real-time messaging and it provides a unified workspace for chatting, creating channels, and sharing files instead of using different apps for each task.

 ### 4. OneTeam Unifies Frontline HR and Ops in One App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus A. | Marketing Manager, Food Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

OneTeam solves the problem of tool fragmentation in frontline and operational teams by bringing essential HR and operational function such as chat, shift scheduling, onboarding, and training (e-learning) into a single app.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

OneTeam still faces some technical reliability challenges, with users reporting issues in specific features including problems with viewing images which can disrupt communication and reduce trust in the platform during daily operations.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team addresses the challenge of keeping frontline teams informed by using a mobile-first platform that delivers relevant updates and messages directly to employees’ phones.

This benefits me by significantly boosting communication reach and engagement, ensuring that employees feel connected, informed, and aligned even without access to corporate email or desks.

 ### 5. great for hybrid and remote teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xinyu H. | STUDENT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

Oneteam brilliantly consolidates all our communication, from quick chats to project updates, into a single, intuitive platform. I particularly appreciate how it seamlessly integrates with our existing task management tools, which has significantly streamlined our workflow. The ability to create dedicated channels for different teams or projects has drastically reduced email clutter and improved information sharing. Its user-friendly interface ensures that even our less tech-savvy colleagues can get on board quickly and painlessly. Ultimately, it has fostered a much stronger sense of connection and collaboration within our hybrid and remote teams.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

While generally effective, the notification system can be somewhat overwhelming and difficult to fine-tune, sometimes causing me to miss important messages. The mobile app also occasionally suffers from performance lags and sync delays compared to the desktop version. Additionally, the search function, while functional, could be more powerful to quickly surface specific files or past conversations. Finally, some of the more advanced administrative features have a steeper learning curve, which can be a hurdle for new team managers.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oneteam is solving the critical problem of fragmented communication and a lack of central information hub, especially for deskless workers. This has benefited us by ensuring everyone, from headquarters to frontline staff, receives updates and tasks in real-time, aligning the entire organization. While there can be a slight learning curve for new users initially, the platform's clear structure ultimately ensures that once they are onboarded, everyone stays on the same page.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

no api configuration with our HR system nmbrs

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it creates more engagement from our employees

 ### 7. Great tool to bring employees together

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

What I like about OneTeam is that you can do so much with it and that it works quickly. I especially like that you can see how much it is used and that it really helps to bring everything together in one place. It is a great way to connect employees from different locations with each other.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

What I find unfortunate is that the chat function is quite basic. It would be nicer and more convenient if it were more extensive, so that it is actively used. Additionally, you notice that there are a lot of options in the app, but because of that, it's a bit of everything. There are few features that are really extensively developed. That is somewhat logical when you offer so much, but it's good to keep in mind.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oneteam helps us connect employees with each other, regardless of location. Additionally, we can easily share live news in it, ensuring everyone is immediately informed. This leads to more engagement and a sense of connection throughout the entire organization.

 ### 8. OneTeam is strengthening the team cohesion amongst the hotels and creates a fun way to communicate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Remco K. | Coördinator Transformatie, Overnames & Projecten, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

One app where you have all information you need as an employee. With multiple features it makes sure that you keep opening and using the app. It is directly connected to AFAS. Also the support from the OneTeam is incredible. Very passionate and helped us in detail with the implementation for 117 locations. From young to old, its easy to use, we use it every day!

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

They are working towards the wishes of our company, no downside.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It forms the bridge between the headquarters and hotels, it brings a fun way of communicating, AI is making the app develop really quick profitting the implementation and usability, the e-learnings and onboarding are making it fun to get to know more about our company.

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

Easy communication, centralized information, and simple-to-use interface for team collaboration and updates.

 ### 10. Oneteam Simplifies Frontline Work and Boosts Morale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

By integrating communication, training, and operational support within a single app, Oneteam makes the digital workday much more straightforward for frontline employees. This streamlined approach helps boost morale and minimizes frustration.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

Although Oneteam is marketed as an "all-in-one" solution, connecting it with current systems such as payroll, scheduling, or a primary HRIS can be a complicated and lengthy process. Setting up these integrations often demands a considerable amount of initial IT work.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oneteam offers a much-needed and effective solution for today's workplace. Transitioning from a collection of disconnected tools to one unified platform tackles key challenges faced by management, such as more efficient HR and operations, while also providing employees with greater simplicity and a stronger sense of connection.

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

Oneteam is like a central communication and information point in which we can easily communicate with entire team and digitalised onboarding process, as well as surveys employees feedback
which helps both ways understanding what both needs to be improved. It has all the features forms , emails, schedule so you wont have to go and search them seprately.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

Least helpful is its app and page . If i were new to this i would be confused asa what this app does . What i think is first page or landing page should depicts what app is mainly about and that is connecting people in a organisation. But if you overwhelm with all info on first page
the user wont explore more as it doesn't feels engaging enough.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of providing all different information to employee it serves as a central hub so access to this will help employee get access to all the feature.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have on site office employees ( 3 different addreses), distant workers , wearhouse workers an on field workers. ### 34. I love how One Team brings everyone together and how easy it is to use it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

How it brings everyoune together no matter if you are an office worker or field worker. Easy to connect with anyone and stay informed even when on vacation. Never missing out on information. Easy to ue as an admin, easy topost. User friendly.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

Like button. It turns darker grey, and often you can't see if you pressed it or not. I wish there were colurs avaliable when writing a post to enhance important info.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oneteam is helping us reeach our field workers all over country. Before One team we communicated via email ( office workers) and posters with waerhouse workers and with hopes an telekinesis with field workers. Now, we can reach everyone and make them involved in business and all company activities.

 ### 35. Beautiful platform for internal communication

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

User-friendly
Nice appearance
Good on mobile
Many options

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

The My Documents tab. Very old-fashioned design and does not match the front of the platform.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The internal communication in a user-friendly way

 ### 36. Oneteam is great, easy to use internal communications app!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

- quick & easy setup and configuration;
- user friendly mobile app and web version;
- the functionality is not limited only to the internal communication.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

- i would like to see more modules available on the web version;
- limited text and timeline customisation (for text editing and branding) options.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Oneteam helps us to connect the employees working behind the desk and the ones working in the field without access to the classic and outdated communication channels (like email or intranet). Now we all have one place in which we get important updates and stay up to date.

 ### 37. Fun internal business communication app with even more potential!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick d. | Marketing & Communicatie Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

Employees stay informed and get more engaged with the company in a playful manner. Oneteam comes with lots of features which are way more developed compared to their competitors. Functions like an academy, forms, surveys and events, it's all included. This app comes with the most complete package in the industry and has enormous potential!

Last, but not least: the staff has also been very friendly.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

Some features are still in their infancy stage. They work, but need some more development to truly shine. However, the team is open for feedback and actually really appreciates if you think with them about things that can be improved. I had a videocall with one of their employees yesterday and he wrote my feedback down for the development team and send a summary to my email afterwards.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past our employees were given a bag with some goodies and a introduction note inside. There was a newsletter every month, but most people weren't inclined to read this. Oneteam solves this.

 ### 38. All-in-one Communication App!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annabeth v. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

Through Oneteam, we can very easily reach all employees, with and without access to a PC. We can share company information, ask for feedback and colleagues can easily communicate among themselves. Employees across the organization feel more connected, engaged and informed. Linking with other systems makes it very user-friendly and keeps the app up-to-date. In case of questions, we always receive quick and good support from Oneteam employees.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

Not all tools within Toolstation have been sufficiently developed, so they cannot always be used or implemented as desired. However, they do continue to continuously develop this and it is given priority. Feedback is taken seriously and acted upon.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for 1 platform that brings together communication for employees at all different levels. In this, Oneteam has been the solution for us.

 ### 39. Nice way to communicate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariette C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

Fast way and simple way to communicate, all the information concentrated in one place

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

You result depends on how many people take the effort to read your message.
There's a possibility to get a over kill of small talk

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concentrated way to find information en distribute information.

 ### 40. Easy and helpfull!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiyona B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

OneTeam is an easy usage platform. Support team is very friendly and helpful when you need them.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

Not all features are avalaible on the desktop version and the other way around.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better and easier communication.
Also a better way to exchange information and knowledge.

 ### 41. Oneteam is an awesome platform to connect all three our employees communities.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Package/Freight Delivery | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

It is possible to reach all employees and easily chat with them and deliver information.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

Posts might get lost and it is not so easy to find the oldest articles.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Challenge we had was to deliver information to all our employees, especially our non-desk employees who are on the go all day. The way we shared the information was outdated and fragmented.
Now we have more engaged employees -> more happy employees.

 ### 42. Toppy 💛 Oneteam

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joni S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

Oneteam is clear and straightforward. Regular updates that are actually useful! The platform looks nice. Support is super fast and friendly. Great insight into the actual use of the app and features. We are very happy with it!

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

Sometimes you notice that the platform is still 'under construction', which means not all features are equally extensive. But when you give feedback about it, they really do something with it!

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oneteam ensures that we have a central place where temporary workers can find all the information about the company. This way, no one misses communication and our people are more engaged with what's happening.

 ### 43. Digital connected

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

What is helpful about Oneteam is the fact that you feel connected to your colleagueas. You get the feeling that you know them by the stories they post, you can see who is joining the same events as you and who shares the same birthday. As an administrater you do have to think of a organized way to collect all importent information which is shared through the app, but there are alot of possibilities to design a good structure.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

We communicatie a lot of importent notices through messages on the timeline. But when there are multipel messages on one day, it is easy to loose sight of what is important. Or you have to scroll down a long way to look for a perticular message. There is a option to add importance to your message, that way that particular messages stays on top of all others untill you hit the 'read' button. But we found out that everybody made their message important and that way you had like 10 messages that all stayed on the top. So that wasn't helpfull.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this point, it is only possible to acces the Academy on the phone app. Most of our colleagues prefer a lager screen to follow our e-learnings. So it would be an improvement if the Academy is also accesible via the computer.

 ### 44. User-friendly app that stimulates engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maaike M. | HR-adviseur, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

The nice thing about oneteam is that it is one platform with many possibilities. You only need to open this app and as an employee, you have all the important information in one place. Think of, among other things, messages on the timeline, documents, surveys, and forms. It is clear for everyone and a convenient way to send and also receive information.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

There are few elements that I don't like about the app. If I had to mention something, it would be that sometimes elements are (still) not possible in the app, which means something doesn't fully align with your organization yet. However, your feedback is always taken seriously, and Oneteam often quickly gets to work to make your wishes come true. It is also actually an advantage that the app is not always completely finished, because Oneteam can grow with you as a company.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The app contributes to increasing engagement within the organization. Sharing fun content is easier with the arrival of this app, as everyone uses just this platform.

 ### 45. Very easy to use and to post information for the whole company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadia K. | HR-advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

That you can spread company information on a easy way and that you can reach everybody in a short time.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

That some features don't work yet. I had a few months ago that a link didn't work and i had to post the link in the comments. Sometimes you want to post a message without comments.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Company information reach everybody faster. Nobody remarks that they didn't read the message. Even on days of you can reach your collueages and that is a benefit.

 ### 46. Ideal app for a smooth onboarding process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pleun v. | Creative Content Marketeer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

It works very nicely, easily, and quickly!

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

I would like to be able to brand more things like a custom font or app image.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Oneteam, we can make our onboarding process the same for everyone, even during times of extreme busyness. And through the Oneteam app, we also keep our temporary workers engaged!

 ### 47. The platform contributes to internal involvement and helps us with creating brand ambassadors

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meike d. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

It helps create employee engagement. It is an easy-in-use platform for our collegues.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

Some functions are not yet working optimally, such as the reordering of the folder structure.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Difficult accessability
* Create an overview in messages from different departments

 ### 48. Perfect tool to stay in touch with your employees

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim d. | Sales and marketing manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

That other apps like WhatsApp and group chats are no longer needed and colleagues can keep work and private life separate.
Everything can be found back on one platform.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

That sometimes so much is posted that people do not read everything attentively.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep an overview! Being able to read back memos, etc. But also being able to share fun moments with each other!

 ### 49. Very user-friendly with a lot of options!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

For users it is very easy to work with. If you need help with anything there is a large information centre with very much information. Otherwise there is someone available through the chat.

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

To start with Oneteam it can be a bit of a hassle to set up the program and takes a bit of time. But the support is very helpful so that shouldn't be too much of a problem.

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The information is now being sent through one channel instead of mail, whatsapp, notes etc. That is the biggest benefit for us!

 ### 50. One team is a unique communication platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sriram V. | Software engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Oneteam?**

survey and e-learning program from the One team community is a great idea that they implemented,i really like e-learning platform and survey ideas

**What do you dislike about Oneteam?**

there is not much dislikes to express but less support team from backend team as i experienced so

**What problems is Oneteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loaded features inbuilt like polls, insights, tasks, and personalised dashboard, checklists most advance feature was mobile experience that comes with offline training system. Which all are benifited to user
