One of the best things for us was being able to pre-record events but still stream them "live" to our channels and connect with our viewers as if it was live. One downside for us is that our lives are typically larger than 2GB. So always having to upload to a cloud host and then link was just another step. It would be great if we could host larger files direct in onestream. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was having a technical issue and their customer service team got back to be right away and offered to do screensharing to help resolve the issue. Setting myself up on OneStream was surprsingly easy. The UI makes it simple to find the platform you're wanting to link up with, and to set it up. I now have OneStream linked to my LinkedIn profile, my FB business page + group, Instagram and YouTube. I've only needed to reach out to support a couple of times - each time with general questions, not actually needing assistance. Both times they were very quick to respond.
