What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

Flexible offerings meet many of my corporate needs. For adhoc use and those consumers that do not need integration into other tools, Onespan provides an intuitive UI-based portal simplifying the signing ceremony such that it is suitable for non-technical users. For more enterprise level use, it provides API-based integration that provides you with whatever level of customization that you might need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

Accounts are at the enterprise level and based on email addresses so it becomes a little timeconsuming when cross-charging to different departments is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneSpan Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a few - we are incorporating Esignatures into numerous business workflows. Many of these are smaller in scale so adhoc use is suitable. Others are for mass document management so having an automated integration is key.

Finally, we are expanding our E-Signature use across the group of companies and consolidating into a single enterprise service. A single touch point to manage all e-signature needs without designing new solutions for each separate area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

As per the business perspective, it's really easy to use for multi singer and for singer easy to sign in the document. Easy to configure and track the status of document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tried to configure default singer but unable to do that. I also reach out to the community but I think this is not out of box feature. If this would be possible then it would be really great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

The ease of use and the ability to add the feature in other areas of the business are the standouts. You don't need to be a techie to use this product. Our business users and customers are very happy with the ease of use, and the simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had great success implementing the product in all areas of the business. but I wish there was a way to stop users forwarding the emails to others to sign on their behalf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneSpan Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

eSign solution was implemented for forms that required multiple user signature. Signing parties living in different geographical location are now able to sign the documents anytime and from anywhere simultaneously, hence speeding up the process of signing after document review.
