I am deeply disappointed with the customer service experience I have had with OneSpan. The company's slow response time and inability to provide clear answers was a major obstacle during my client's contract-related request for assistance. Waiting for over an hour only to be disconnected is extremely disheartening; it suggests a lack of organisational priority in providing adequate support services which may damage their reputation with customers. OneSpan Sign is a dead-simple solution. We implemented it at the beginning of the pandemic when a majority of our staff were working from home, which meant we weren't able to offer the usual face-to-face training.
