My favorite thing about OneSpan Sign is that it is security focused. Because sensitive contracts are involved, the platform provides top notch encryption to protect documents and make sure that signatures are legally valid. The multi factor authentication principle adds one more security level for only allowed persons to sign a document or to access it. The high cost is one of OneSpan Sign’s challenges. It certainly offers awesome security and a host of powerful features, but if your company is small and doesn’t need all of the more sophisticated stuff, it may be too much of a burden on your purse strings. For organizations that need just the basics the pricing on the platform doesn’t always fit within their budget which is a tough sell. I am very satisfied with the services of OneSpan Sign. The professionalism, confidentiality, and ease of use of their platform are unmatched. Furthermore, they are always willing to help and resolve any doubts. You can send signatures individually or in bulk, and not only that, you can customize specific data to auto-fill and be sent to recipients individually. I love its easy implementation, I use it daily and have integrated it into many projects. An excellent option for any business!
