We received direct, personal support from the OneSource team. What do you dislike about OneSource Virtual? There wasn’t always clear communication when our team changed from OneSource. What problems is OneSource Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you? OneSource Virtual helps with Workday support and payroll tax administration. While we always maintain our own payroll reconciliation based on our payroll processing, when we compare our results to OneSource Virtual’s, they match up. We have worked with a number of highly skilled support employees at OSV in our 4+ year relationship. OSV has solved the balancing f problem we had with our prior software. It is helpful that everything was set up properly and tested upon switching to this awesome product.
