ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination provided a solution that spans across the globe but fails to enable consistent calculation and recording of indirect taxes. It complicates tax data analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It needs to facilitate the identification of trends. My experience, with the software, has been not too good so far as I have encountered many features that I dislike. Our ONESOURCE Indirect Determination product has a SaaS option (built in the cloud) that doesn't require updates and patches, but sometimes that's not the best solution for every customer.
