The fact that it has the Translation Memory feature. It helps us keep track of translations that have already been done. Also, the screenshot tagging feature is amazing! The ability to carry out translations within the tool quickly ourselves, but also so that we can utilise the expertise of a professional translator through OneSky's services. It can be a little confusing to use at times, such as navigating to the key areas and identifying which languages need refreshing due to changes to our core languages. As popularity of our core product grew and attracted international attention, we needed a way of managing translations from our core language (English) into a variety of other languages. OneSky allowed us to do just that and this has simplified the way we sell our product as a result, even to new markets with currently unsupported languages, as we can simply request a price from OneSky to translate into the new language and carry out the work when agreed.
