After that he helped me to create the segments we needed (medium effort I would say). After this initial setup was completed, it is very very easy to create and send a campaign (once I have the copy, it's literally 5 minutes). I use only push notifications, because I use email in another platform that offers chatbot and I prefer it to keep this way for the moment. OneSignal push notifications have been very very helpful from the begining, we saw increased returning customers and better conversion. I use it at least one a week since approximately 2 months ago. **What do you dislike about OneSignal?** For the moment is working fine for the use I am giving it. I would like to find more opportunitites in the platform once we become more experienced and we have more learnings.
