To also add, they have a very sweet API docyuumentation which I have used to implement server side notifications in the past. **What do you dislike about OneSignal?** If there's one thing I'd like to see, it'd be Onesignal providing their own SMS provider rather than using a third party provider. I was able to get Firebase Cloud Messaging working pretty easily on my .NET 7 server app, which is nearly impossible using conventional libraries (they only support .NET 6). Installing the client SDK took me less than 5 minutes, which was shocking. Server was tougher, but now it runs flawlessly. **What do you dislike about OneSignal?** .NET SDK documentation has some holes -- it is difficult to see what fields are required. I was getting vague exception errors and didn't know where they were coming from until I got the basics sent over. The SDK is also missing a GetSegments function that is in the REST API. I wasn't sure about the official names of my segments until I queried via REST. Otherwise it's all great! **What problems is OneSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?** I couldn't get Firebase Cloud Messaging set up with .NET 7. Before OneSignal, notifications were a "high risk" thing - something that took about 3 days to set up and might break here and there, vs different applications, and they would be a total pain to debug. Especially when you consider different behaviors on low battery devices, manufacturers, and so on. One Signal is just plain reliable for this - notifications went from a "high risk" to "no problem" when planning.
