We have been told this is in the works. Once release theres not much to say about what we dislike. **What problems is OneSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have many platforms in which we gather customer contact information, Website, on-site wifi, Point of sale, Event QR Check-ins to name a few. Onesignal allows us to utilize their open api's and to funnel all of the contact data from various platforms into one single dashbaord where we can send email, sms and push notifications. It's simply amazing. We have seen tremendous engagement, increased brand awerness and increased sales by utilizing all of the features such as onesignal journey's which automates our messaging based on customer interaction with our brand. ### 3. For Mobile we just have to add dependency and basic 4-5lines of code and for Web, we just use OneSignal Wordpress plugin. The ease of integration offered by OneSignal absolutely demolishes the competition. **What do you dislike about OneSignal?** Since OneSignal SDK 5.* for Android, there has been some crashes and ANRs observed however the resolution and response from the OneSignal team has been swift. Also, OneSignal should consider increasing the accuracy of their User Subscription reporting as my app installs and subscription reports from OneSignal have some deviations, with OneSignal showing slightly higher metrics. **What problems is OneSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?** OneSignal helped us transition easily from Firebase Cloud Messaging with easy and concise implementation ### 4. Don't make the decision to start OneSignal based on the price of their Growth tier. Multiply that by ~10x, and that's what you'll be paying for the Pro tier. There are some key limitations they have put on the growth tier (number of tags/segments/journeys) that will make it almost impossible to stick with that long term. However 2 things i would look into: 1) Attaching videos on in-app messages (not limited to pics and gifs) and 2) not being forced to save the files on the web (URL) rather than support attachments that are locally saved. Information is key especially when a new products enters the market. Users need to be trained, educated and this is a timely-demanding process that requires resourcses. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to have no interface to send impromptu notifications to the app without OneSignal. Also, I have not way to send in-app messages, it all requires custom code. One Signal makes life so much easier and I'm more productive and can get urgent marketing notifications out easily. In fact, the marketing manager can do it, it does not require IT staff.
