The user experience is elegant, up to date, and vast while remaining easy to find the answers you're looking for. The journey is succinct and logical thus keeping information overload and questions to a minimum. As a developer, the API documentation is by far the best I have ever used. I would like to see more features provided with the free plan, especially in the Message Personalization area. This would make it better to build feature rich working demos for clients. My client has a set amount of donors that is decreasing with time, yet their website's traffic does not reflect this. We are in the process of expanding the OneSignal features that we leverage, however, utilizing OneSignal's push notifications and custom programming, we are able to reverse this negative trend.
