I really appreciate the direct line to customer support; it's top-notch. I've had many specific questions when a journey I set up wasn't working, and I've been able to have an ongoing thread with Brit, who takes the time to review exactly what I've done, tells me why it's not working, and guides me on how to repair it. I find the platform to be intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use the features effectively. I find the AI assistance lacking because it gives misinformation that sends me down wrong paths; if I ask a specific question on how to do something, and the words I use match an answer to a different question, it gets confused.
