It makes the claim process pretty easy to accommodate with customizable business rules and workflows, making it fit for everyone and all kinds of businesses. **What do you dislike about OneShield Claims?** The software is mostly fit for fulfilling several kinds of purposes. However, the price point and billing don't justify the product fully. Also, they should focus a bit more on the UI/UX side and constantly look for some kinds of weaknesses in the system and keep on improving the product constantly and rigorously. **Recommendations to others considering OneShield Claims:** This tool helps in incident creation, claims management, workflow creation and a lot more, lot easier and has several other benefits. So, one can definitely consider this tool. **What problems is OneShield Claims solving and how is that benefiting you?** There had been some false claims for some time that try to misuse the system and cause loss to the business over time. In most of the scenarios, it gets really difficult to manage the claims and determine which ones need the real attention and to segregate the right ones from the wrong ones. This tool helps in making life easier by letting one mention the specific needs to organize claims and with amazing incident management and automated claim assignment, giving us the luxury of running and working on the project smoothly. ### 2. The time they say is the amount of time that they take. As a client timely delivery is very important and they make sure that they provide solutions on time for all of the customer's queries. Their solutions are designed in a way that they are customised to each and every client which is to say they take each client's problem separately and provide solution that is unique to each and every client. Another thing that I really appreciate about Oneshield claims is the customer support that they provide. They make sure that any questions or queries that a customer has regarding the solution or during the entire process with them, they resolve it in a timely manner. As a customer you will always feel involved in the decision making process and they make us feel like we are very important to them. **What do you dislike about OneShield Claims?** The only thing that I feel amiss is the price point of OneShield solutions. It is comparetively costlier than the competitors. It would have been very helpful if there was some kind of lite or basic plan for new clients with minimum services so that small businesses could try it out before they buy the entire package. In that way it would have helped them to know what all features are there and whether this is a right choice for the customer. However compared to the competitors OneShield solutions provide way better customer service experience which makes the premium price tag completely worthwhile. The service that they provide is way better compared to others still if for a little cheaper rate they had given a lite edition for trial it would have seriously helped new customers have a good try of their solution before deciding whether this solution that they are getting is a good fit for them or not. **What problems is OneShield Claims solving and how is that benefiting you?** The project that I was working on had some performance issues with the help of Oneshield solutions, the main problem that I solved was increasing the performance in other words decreasing the time in which I was able to produce results. With Onesshield solutions the time by which the result was able to be achieved decreased by a lot. This decrease in time meant that the productivity increased by a lot. Since productivity and revenue have a direct correlation with each other, this increase in the productivity naturally meant a increase in the revenue. So their solutions made sure that both time was saved a lot and also made sure that revenue increased many times compared to before when solutions made by Oneshield was not used. ### 3. Should work more on policy management sometimes the billing and claims aren't that accurate and mature. **Recommendations to others considering OneShield Claims:** If any institutions wants to legitimately work in there policy claims with cloud automated method then definitely use oneshield software. **What problems is OneShield Claims solving and how is that benefiting you?** One shields helps me in reducing the operational cost. It helps me in solving the claims pricing for the people. By making insurance claims easy for and used legitimately. ### 4.
