I enjoy the tool and its ability to integrate with so many other services. What do you dislike about OnePlan? There is a strong lack of communication. When there are issues in the system they notice they do not make us aware until we ask about them. Often times we have issues/tickets that take much longer to hear back on than our service agreement allows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is OnePlan solving and how is that benefiting you? OnePlan gives us the ability to house our plans all in one tool. The tool does of course communicate with other tools and applications, but its the fact the tool allows us to see it all in one place. Because it is a Microsoft product, you know it will get development cycles behind it and it will get better and better over time. Integrates with other MS tools very easily.
