"Streamlined CRM for Action-Oriented Sales"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

I use OnePageCRM primarily for managing sales leads and staying on top of follow-ups. It’s my go-to tool for turning contacts into clear, actionable next steps. One of the things I like most about OnePageCRM is the Next Action workflow—every contact has a clearly defined next step, which helps me focus on what I need to do next with each prospect. The interface is clean and intuitive, making the tool easy to learn and use. I also love the simple, visual sales pipeline for tracking leads and deals, and how it doesn't feel overwhelming. The mobile app is solid, allowing me to update notes and complete actions while on the go. It integrates well with email, so I'm able to take action directly from the CRM without switching apps. The Today list keeps me focused on daily sales activities, which is great for maintaining momentum in long sales cycles. Additionally, OnePageCRM doesn't try to do everything at once, so it feels fast and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

One area that stands out for me is reporting and analytics. It covers the basics, but if you're really into deep sales forecasting, custom reports, or advanced dashboards, it can feel a bit limited compared to more data-heavy CRMs. I sometimes wish there were more flexible ways to slice and visualize performance data. Another area is automation. OnePageCRM is intentionally simple, which I appreciate, but that also means fewer built-in automation options. For example, more native workflows or conditional automations (beyond integrations) could help reduce manual work, especially for teams with higher volumes of leads. Also, the email marketing features are minimal – it's great for one-to-one sales emails, but not ideal if you want to run campaigns or sequences without external tools. The Next Action approach is powerful, but it can take a little time to adjust if you're coming from a traditional CRM. For larger teams, more granular permission settings or role-based views could be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Sales Management with Action-Focused Tools"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

I use OnePageCRM to manage my sales leads and keep track of follow-ups. I like how simple and action-focused it is. The ‘next action’ approach keeps me focused on what actually needs to be done instead of just storing contacts. It helps me stay organized with my sales pipeline and ensures I never miss an opportunity to connect with prospects. The integrations with email tools and Google Calendar help keep communication and follow-ups in sync without needing to switch between multiple apps. We switched from a more complex CRM because it felt heavy and time-consuming. OnePageCRM was easier to adopt and helped the team focus more on actions rather than administration. The initial setup was straightforward. Importing contacts was easy, and the interface was intuitive, so the team was able to start using it with minimal onboarding. I’d rate it a 9 out of 10. I’ve already recommended it to a few freelancer friends who needed a simple, action-focused CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

The reporting options are quite basic. I can't easily create custom reports to analyze performance by lead source or sales stage without exporting data. It would be helpful to have more customizable reports and dashboards, like filtering by lead source, deal stage, or time period directly inside the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The other feature that stands out is the lead capture, I love the browser add on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?
