"Helping The Brun Bear Foundation Stay Organized and Engaged"
5/5
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

The clarity and simplicity of the interface. It keeps me focused on the next action, which is invaluable when juggling multiple initiatives. I particularly appreciate how tasks and follow‑ups are front and center, so nothing gets lost. The tagging system also makes it easy to organize contacts across different projects, and the overall workflow feels streamlined rather than overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

While the simplicity and focus are strengths, there are a few limitations that affect our workflow. The inability to create multiple pipelines without upgrading is restrictive for charities like ours, where we need to track different initiatives separately. Integration with web forms could also be smoother—automatic capture and tagging of incoming contacts would save time and reduce manual work. These areas feel like missed opportunities to make the CRM even more effective for small organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Interface and Effective Sales Management"

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

I use OnePageCRM to manage customer interactions and track sales activities, and I love its simple interface and easy follow-up system that help keep sales tasks organized and manageable. It makes following up with leads straightforward and ensures I don't miss important interactions. The initial setup was quite easy, and I found the interface simple to understand, even for first-time users. I also appreciate that it shifted us from spreadsheets and basic tracking tools to a more effective system, and it works well for managing daily sales activities. I would rate OnePageCRM a 10 out of 10 because it is simple to use, helps manage follow-ups well, and keeps sales activities organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Sometimes the reporting features feel limited. The reporting section could offer more customization and detailed insights, which would make tracking team performance and sales progress easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal CRM for Small to Mid-Sized Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

I like using OnePageCRM as it serves as our central contact directory for clients and helps us monitor sales efforts and plan meaningful follow-ups. The user-friendly interface is accessible for my entire team, no matter their tech ability, allowing them to manage their own leads effectively. I appreciate the ability to track detailed interactions, which helps us prevent overlapping communications when multiple divisions are involved. The interface also aids in deciding whether a phone call, an email, or no follow-up is appropriate. I value the ease of following the activity stream and the ability for multiple people to schedule different follow-ups. The integration process is smooth, making all our software tools feel cohesive rather than separate. Setting up OnePageCRM was incredibly easy, thanks to the excellent import wizard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

This is more of a nice to have rather than a need to have, but it would be nice if OnePageCRM could connect with Adobe Sign in order to help us manage our agreements or I wish there was a more robust functionality that would allow us to bill and invoice from within OnePageCRM with the same level of flexibility with our current invoices. "Game changer for my workflow and operations management"
5/5
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

The activity reports make it easy to track calls, actions, lost reasons, and new contacts. The bulk email feature with automatic variables saves so much time, and the proposal builder that calculates costs for you is incredible — I haven’t seen anything like it. The Google email integration is phenomenal as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Beautifully Designed CRM with intuitive Pipeline Management"
5/5
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

I had the great 'misfortune' to study ergonomics along with computer science at university. I say misfortune because it means almost every product I ever use - from packaging to software - just drives me crazy!

A few years ago I was a very happy user of OnePageCRM. Later, because I engaged a marketing agency, I reluctantly moved over to a supposed market-leading competitor, which they used. I found it badly designed and buggy. I subsequently moved to another agency using GHL which is better, but I still found keeping on top of my own pipeline very clunky.

So I thought I'd try coming back to OnePageCRM for my personal pipeline management. I'm an independent consultant so it's about quality and personal touch, and about managing my business development time and priorities.

It was like putting on an old shoe. OnePageCRM is a beautiful piece of software. It is so nice to use, the video help is excellent and it has genuinely useful features designed by people who actually have to nurture contacts - the Action Stream is invaluable for that. I was just saying to a friend who is a software developer that the difference is like using Apple at its best versus fighting with Microsoft Vista.

I can't tell you the relief of being back using a properly designed piece of software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

I don't dislike anything. I like elegant software and so there are many features I don't use. As long as they keep the essence as it is, I'm happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

I love that OnePageCRM takes care of nonprofits by offering a free professional plan. It's great that they have a program where you can save some money and get an excellent product, which is extremely valuable for nonprofits where every penny needs to be watched. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and reengaging with it after some time was also easy. The tags feature is very useful for organizing constituents and donors.
