Having used many CRMs over the years, OnePageCRM is the one system that enables you to get on with what you want it to do, rather than having to fill in loads of fields just before you can add a record. The "next action" feature is really useful, and helps drive the "next action", reducing the risk of losing momentum on a lead. As a manager, the Action Stream lets me easily get an overview of an employee's performance and status without having to get them to write length reports and fill in spreadsheets on progress. I cannot think of another CRM that matches OnePageCRM in the sense of being both so quick and easy to use, but also retains the features needed to make it a powerful and comprehensive piece of software. One page has helped us to track engagement with our members. It's easy to use across our team. It's also easy to search for certain types of businesses. I like the drag and drop function. We have also had some problems with the link function where the system had automatically invited all people at a company to our event rather than just those on our Executive Board. As a remote team, it can be difficult to always be on the same page regarding outreach, contact management, and partnership development. OnePageCRM has allowed us to create a master list of all of our contacts - those who have been reached out to, those who have received training, and those with an established partnership, and as a team we are able to communicate via contact profiles to update each other on the status of a partnership. Keeping in touch with stakeholders like investors, angels, partners, leads and customers can be cumbersome. Usually at an early stage most people may choose to neglect this. It can be used on a computer or when you are out and about on your mobile - Great feature! The dashboard is clear and uncluttered and comes with many features to make life easier such as sending yourself a note as a reminder on actions that need to be taken. I found Onepagecrm very easy to implement and get set up and integrated within the business. Any questions and customer support is only an email away with a great fast efficient response.
