We have used it to create Action Templates that allow us to easily queue up the business development steps all the way through on boarding with each of our school partners. We appreciate the ease of use and the ability to streamline communications and have visibility and insights into those communications. On the day I was charged, I wasn't aware and asked them politely to make a refund for me because I wasn't going to use this software. They rejected, which is very unprofessional.
