The best part of this CRM is that it's very easy to use! My juniors and new members can easily use this software compared to other software; it's very user-friendly! The design is very unique and attractive, and the backend team is amazing. They resolve all the quality issues instantly and are available 24/7! Also, the performance and analytics features are amazing and better for reporting, tracking, sales, and management! It's really worth it for all small and large businesses! Here are some features that need to be improved, such as in this generation you can add more AI tools and third-party software to help make things easier for both admin and user! There is a limited email marketing feature, details verification, and detailed reports, as well as sometimes many glitches faced by my team, leads not updating on time, and the server taking more time, so these are minor changes you can make in the future. Firstly, regarding my data management, before using CRM, we managed all our data on Excel, Google Sheets, or Notepad. We also updated lead status and lead priority on paper and took all follow-ups accordingly. But after that, everything became easier for us!
