Onehub is a fast and easy way to get an online portal up and running for your partners. The dashboard functionality is the best - whenever someone logs in, the user sees all the folders they have been granted access to - in one place. The folders can be from multiple companies, multiple deals, etc, but the user can see everything with one login (as long as they use the same email). The sharing capabilities are excellent as well, I have the ability to share certain files with all partners, as well as create a unique space for each partner to only get information pertinent to them. I have multiple accounts and the pricing structure changed between when I set up the first account and the last account. It's not ideal to be paying different amounts for the same product between multiple companies. There should be an option to have the same cost across all of your logins or even a quantity discount - especially if you have multiple accounts with them. One of the most significant features that OneHub offers is their custom "White Labeling." This feature allows you to add your own company's logo on all of the web addresses that your users visit. Your users (vendors, customers, contractors) don't feel like they are visiting a 3rd party vendor, which is a plus in my book. Another great feature of the white labeling is the spoofing of emails. All emails generated from OneHub being sent from your work email, making it look even more professional and from one source; YOU, the Project Manager. Lastly, if you have access to your company's web developer, you can also have your users visit a custom sub-domain, therefore completely negating OneHub branding being visible at all. I think OneHub customers would benefit more if OneHub updated their iOS app for 2020 and more usability. The current version of the app doesn't scale to the newest generation of phones and needs a major facelift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ability to share files securely on a temporary basis with or without a password, the activity log, the ability to integrate and edit documents in either Microsoft 365 or Google, which means I don't have to download files any longer, increasing my productivity. I love the mobile app as well which is simple with no additional apps to install to use it whether for I-phone or android. The workspaces have been used as message and meeting rooms with team members as well, giving confidentiality a whole new level.
